Ok the food for the price was amazing. The food was better than the more mainstream venues. The check was priced several years ago. Highly recommend to travel 10 minutes more.
There was virtually no wait, which was a pleasant surprise. The server did forget my drink, and I went the entire meal without one, but she was nice overall. The salad bar was small, and there were a couple mystery items on it but what everyone did take they enjoyed. This place closes a tad earlier than others of it's kind, but they were very kind and didn't rush us out or make us feel we had to bolt and even offered/served desert though it was getting late. They were super busy - but that was what we expected at 6 pm on a Saturday. My fiancé and I just grabbed a table and enjoyed a couple drinks (I had the Moscow mule special.). I ordered the broiled seafood with twice baked potato and he had the steak special. I loved mine. He enjoyed his meal. Salad bar was fun as always (say Wisconsin with gizzards on the salad bar!). We were not in a rush so it was fine but someone else could get frustrated.
