The mgr Caroline is simply outstanding. We were from out of town and stopped for a bite to eat. The store was immaculate, the staff were friendly, smiling and respectful. The rapport Caroline had with her staff showed strong leadership mixed with kindness which you rarely see these days. She came out into the dining area twice during our stay to see if the people eating were satisfied, or needed anything and just to smile/say hi. She cleared a tray if it was in anyone's way. She genuinely cares and takes pride in her work. To see such outstanding customer service was amazing. To Caroline, I thank you. We need more people like you in the customer service industry & the world. I hope corporate recognizes you for a job very well done. PS. I hope I spelled your name correctly.

Great! Much better than the one in my hometown! Greek Uero was wonderful, or so I thought I prefired this review I've never had a bad Greek Uero. But the bread was stiff and hard and they didn't put the white stuff one one half 7/10

Wrong order. A bit slow but guy was in training I think. Still good food
Food was great, as always. I ordered online and there was a mistake with my order. When I brought this to the cashiers attention, she was extremely rude. I asked if something could be done about it (app problem) and was told no, that's what was ordered. Mistakes happen, but to be so dismissive and not empathetic really ruined my experience. I will think twice about where to get lunch from now on.

The burger was half cold and had a weird sauce on it, I don't recommend the burger. The curly fries were awesome
I mean, it's Arby's. If you haven't tried it then you should get up get out and get you some
Parking: They have this crazy giant black slab of cement all around the building with these weird lines painted on it. I think they call it a fkn PARKING LOT

Their computers were down yesterday but they still were filling orders left and right. They seemed to be all on the same team and using great communication. As soon as I told her my order, a coworker said “I’ll make the sandwich, you make the meal”. My food was done in a jiffy and they were able to see through their tough situation as a fun/laughing matter. Great job!

5/5 Came in Sunday, October 6th, around 12:30. It was slammed. Far busier than usual, they were understaffed, and the folks working were getting it done (they deserve a raise. Everyone in the restaurant was being kind and understanding of the situation. It gave me hope for the country to see folks being kind and patient. We'll done.
