Excellent service tonight and food was great!
Very friendly staff. The pizza was average. Not sure if I would recommend Pizza hut.
I was very excited to visit a Pizza Hut classic location and was very impressed by the Black River Falls location. The restaurant and bathroom were immaculate the salad bar was stocked and the pizza and breadsticks were perfect. And I can’t forget to mention our server Sam he was friendly, funny an excellent server and we will be back soon!

When a DoorDash issue arose, he quickly provided two pizzas with a smile and an apology. While some customers feel the food may not be as good as in the past, it remains enjoyable. The Retro Pizza Hut location stands out with its nostalgic decor, featuring original red cups and checked tablecloths. One satisfied customer, a truck driver, appreciated the waitress who allowed him to eat in the closed dining room, a gesture he greatly valued. Another guest praised their server, Edward, for providing an unforgettable experience during their visit from St. Paul to Chicago. Overall, Pizza Hut provides a pleasant experience, making it a great spot to bring back memories or try something new. You won’t be let down if you come here.
