I love Arby's food and was very excited when they finally brought one to BRF, but since they've opened the service keeps getting worse. There are a few really awesome team members at this location, but overall most of them seem to be quite unhappy working there.
The staff seemed very hectic even tho they weren't extremely busy. I ordered my meal in a large size. Paid for large size but recieved a medium soda cup after paying. Then when I recieved my meal I had a medium fry on my tray not a large. I said to the employee who handed me my tray "I'm supposed to have a large fry", she looked at her screen for my order looked back at me and said my apologies they must have entered that wrong, and she gave me a large fry. The coca-cola was horrible....read full review

Best strawberry lemonade ever and i dont like lemonade also service is great always hot food and a smile. The best service is from a young lighter haired girl that works there though. I dont remember her name but it started with a W but best service ive gotten anywhere from that young girl she should be promoted.
