Great place it was rebuilt in 2024 very clean and fas t been here many times not sure why people leave bad reviews this burger king us respectful and never had a bad experience here

Ordered on the app and was told that because breakfast was over they threw my order out and I was only 10 minutes past breakfast
I had already paid and the order was ready before it ended its just the people all of them at this location are lazy and rude won't be coming here ever again

Stop to grab food at drive thur with a 10 year old. Trying to figure out what she want the im guess the manger as we r let the 10 year old know what she get. She woman rule can interprets us to ask with and attitude if there was some she could help us find. I stated no we have a child trying to make a choice. Then she gave the other adult the wrong food. And when I want in to get it fix make rude comment and the sandwich tht was wrong and and make the comment about need ppl. Mama u r in customer service.i did not ask for the rudnes o nor yur screw up.. I will never go to this buger kings again.

Apparently a plain cheese burger is the most difficult thing to make.

I’ve never once gotten the correct order from this place. Doesn’t matter who is working. If you’re going to take 10-15 minutes to make 1 meal at least do it right.

It's a great brand new building but if you're expecting to get food you're sadly mistaken! twice in the last 2 months have I witnessed people in the back talking, at least three people fully aware that there is a customer at the front counter, same experience in the Drive-Thru, worker outside for five plus minutes, supposedly working the drive-thru and the only thing he's doing is talking to somebody in a car in the parking lot! takes10 minutes to get a regular hamburger when you are able to get somebody's attention,, but twice I've just walked out of the building! can't imagine business is booming at this place no wonder cars are flooding in at the competition next door. Not sure if folks are aware that you need CUSTOMERS to pay the bills including your paycheck!!

I thought it was great. Walked in from the truck stop across the street. Clean, everything seemed organized. Very friendly and prompt staff. No issues for me.

The customer service woman at the window was rude. Stating oh I forgot your fricing drink. My whopper was perfectly cold. For 28$ I was expecting a better experience.

Deserves a 0. Waited 30 minutes and only got half of what was ordered. Place was a mess, sandwiches sitting under warmer for a very long time. So much for fast food.

Would love to give a 0 rating but sadly not an option. Was traveling back home and stopped by to get lunch. I ordered a couple of items and my Cheeseburger that’s supposed to get an extra patty shown in the picture ( so basically a double cheeseburger) i did not receive at all instead i got a freaking plain ass burger patty. I’m not even upset i’m pissed off and to top it off i didn’t get my hershey pie as well. Everything else i got but you could clearly tell it’s been sitting out for a long time. This was around 3 almost 4pm today and the place was like a desert no customers at all compare to mcdonald’s next door and im still 2 hours away from home so i did not check my bags until i was already 30 mins out since im in a rush to get home especially with a little one. Wished i checked the reviews before i made this quick stop but $20 just went down the drain. Never stopping here ever again when traveling. At this point just close the place down.

We drove up in the middle of the PM. He told us it would be at least 10 minutes before we could order. There was nobody at the speakers. It’s like they want you to leave them alone. 5 minutes later someone else pulled up. They did leave. The food was a mess.
