I left two metal water bottles in the restroom while traveling cross country. After realizing I had left them I called to confirm and store management graciously agreed to ship them to my house and pay for shipping! We will be stopping at this Culver's for as long as we make our trips up north! Thank you!

The food was relativity under par for Culvers, the made fresh double burger we ordered was dry, and the cole slaw on the fish dinner is just plain yuckky, the fish was very good, the fries were good.

We stopped here in November and they stole about $10 from us. They didn't give us any of our 3 beverages. Before we realized this we were already on the highway. I contacted them and Meagan from Customer Service refused to refund me but would send me coupons in the mail, and I gave them my address. I asked for them via email but they apparently operate like it's 1996, so they needed to send me paper coupons in the mail. This was Dec. 1st, and it is now almost 2 months later, and they still have not refunded me or sent me coupons. At this point it's turned from forgetting my drinks into theft. They apparently don't make enough money charging $15 for a fast food meal that they have to resort to stealing money too.

It's average culvers is usually a 4 star all around, this one just seems to always mess something up and the food is so sloppy and soggy by the time it reaches the window. They should stop asking what they can make fresh for the customers because its clearly not with how soggy some of the sandwiches get

Ordered a banana split. The custard was never frozen. We ended up throwing it out the windows because it was oozing everywhere! Love Culver's but this experience was aweful! BTW we went back and they refunded us

It was a little crowded when we went and the bathrooms only have 2 stalls each, but we were still served in a timely way and found a place to sit without any problem. Popular place I guess.

We stopped in & my husband and I each ordered a sandwich in the drive thru. We got the bag, parked, & realized they just didn’t give us mine at all. He went in for my gluten free sandwich we probably paid extra for & brought back the second bag. I opened it to a cold, plain grilled chicken patty with tomato and pickles in a box and that’s it. No gluten free bun or mayo. Honestly wouldn’t have cared about the missed mayo except the person taking the order questioned it when I ordered the sandwich with mayo, told me it came with mayo already, then asked if I wanted extra mayo so I said sure.
Loved it!! Always have the broccoli OMG! ITS TO LIVE FOR!!! Service is quick, very polite, they have fun and work hard!

Loved the chicken sandwich, so crispy. Cheese curds taste frozen, I'd go smaller mom 'n pop for a truer experience. The staff were so friendly and talkative. We are not use the amount of engagement they wanted to have as we were sitting and eating. So nice. Wish we tried the shakes.
