I'm a ballet dancer from Japan, and I stopped by here while traveling from one of my tour shows. I waited 20 minutes for my meal, the fries were only about a third of the size of a medium box, and the burger toppings were all removed from the bun before being placed in the box, so I had to put them all back together myself. My friend's order wasn't like that, and mine was the only one that was served like that. Is this racism against Japanese people? Whether it's negligence or discrimination, the staff at this restaurant have no respect for their customers. I'm so disappointed to have had such an experience in America.

No Grinch Meals available Dec 8th. My daughter was excited for it. Why advertise it? Cold fries and overcooked cold nuggets on top of it tonight. Bummed. As a local I find best service is during the morning and mid day hours.

When asking an employee for a fork not to order my food or to complain but a simple fork the said sorry im not on the clock and preceded to walk past where the forks where, couldn't even take a couple seconds to grab the fork I waited another five min for any assistance my food was coold as well as my child who need said fork. Hope all have a better experience than I did.

Ordered a frappe in my car on the app- walked in, and it was ready! Amazing speed. Decent quality for McDonald's, slightly surprised.
The staff was very helpful, Paul helped us with a mixup and made the experience very pleasant!
