Never Again will I go to this SubwayThey dropped my sandwich pulling it out of the toaster. Then they had to remake it which took forever. They gave less meat and cheese as prior. When they got to the vegetables she gave 4 cucumbers, asked for more and she said we could only give 1. Other subways give double that. One of the ladies who was ending her shift checked us out before the sandwich fell so when they finally got it done we could leave. We paid however when we got the sandwich the lady who made it glared at us for leaving even though be paid. They didn’t even have flatbread even tho 4 people asked for it and they said it’s not ready even tho they brought a bag of flatbread out 2 minutes later.

We got our food pretty fast, the ladies working were very nice, they made our food fast, and accurate. Along with overall just a nice looking sub. The food tasted good, and the business was clean.

Placed online order and staff didn’t honor my place in the queue. Had to stand in line to get my order. Staff wouldn’t cancel order. Will not use app again. Will try other sandwich shops for online ordering next time.

10-8-23 @ 1130am NOT FRIENDLY TO PROPLE OF COLOR DO NOT VISIT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION IN BLACK RIVER FALLS WISCONSIN I don't recommended this subway at all soon as I walked on the atmosphere definitely changed. Started to place my order and was instantly mocked about my choice of meatballs and to add Bacon and jalapeño peppers..... i ignored it thr first time moved on thr next lady was even worse smirking and very rude told her please can she wrap them separately she ignores me I'm like ma'am excuse me helloooo. At that point i knew what it was I told her you know what you and your Co worker have Been hostile towards me since I walked in ill go someplace where I'm appreciated keep your sandwich i don't want it. IF YOUR OF COLOR DO NOT VISIR THIS PLACE SUBWAY IN NLACK RIVER FALLS WISCONSIN

Freshest subway sandwich I've ever had. People were friendly and quick. Very clean and organized.
My husband and myself went to order food, for our niece and nephews and ourselves. As we are ordering our food, they are super rude and not polite. Swearing underneath their breath, rolling their eyes as we have an order for a family of 5 people. we got home, and my brother in law called them to speak with them. The old rude guy, hung up on my brother in law as we called them and asked to speak to their manager and stated that their food that they gave us had MOLD on our nieces food. Very not professional, or very nice!! wouldn't recommend them at all. plus their food that they had out, looked slimy and molded as well. As well, when we asked about the managers name and phone number, they wouldn't give us that information so we will see about a review from their district manager or regional manager/cooperation of Subway!!

I stopped here on two different occasions. Both times the staff was incredibly rude. The food was aged, and they didn't have what I wanted. Will not return.

Usually I like the subway products and service; however today we stopped at the gas station over black river falls , and the service was so rude, and no polite at all. Food is always tasting good .

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. The lettuce was yellow and brown, the meat tasted odd. On top of that the bathroom was gross and the atmosphere was trashy.

If I could select zero stars , I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've never been treated like this in my life. After half a** preparing the food, I check out and go to the machine to get my Medium sized fountain Coke. It no longer has syrup so I ask them guy, "hey, you are out of Coke". I wait. And wait. After 5 minutes, I ask again and am told it's out. When I asked for a refund, I was told I only ordered a soda, not a Coke and I couldn't get a refund. Twice. When I demanded the manager's name and number, he refused to give it to me. When I made clear I wasn't leaving until he did, he finally gave me a refund. For a Small fountain drink. Look, it's $.20 difference, but he specifically didn't give one iota about customer service at that point. I will be writing a letter to national Subway.
