Subway offers good food in a clean environment, often with friendly service. While there are times of frustration due to insufficient staff, most visits are positive, especially when served by the helpful employees. Customers appreciate the fast and accurate service, with some standout staff bringing smiles during visits. However, experiences may vary when the regional manager is present.
