We stopped by Ma’s Bakery in Bloomington on the way to work and picked up some treats — and wow, everything was amazing! The turnovers were flaky, buttery, and filled with the most perfectly balanced fruit filling I’ve ever tasted. Honestly, I have never had a turnover this good. I can’t say enough good things about the service at Ma’s. The staff is INCREDIBLY sweet, personable and efficient.
Seriously, Ma’s is the exception to the rule because this kind of personal service is like a unicorn and simply not done anymore. Everyone here goes the extra mile to ensure guests are happy and well fed. If you leave here hungry, you're doing it wrong ?
