Good food, pleasant staff. Don't expect a fancy diner or yuppie bar, this is a small town bar/restaurant.I believe they're currently going through some restructuring. However as of the last time I went they were closing the business. I hope they plan to reopen as it's a good dive to swing into.
I recently spent twice as much at a restaurant in Prairie. Tranels has them beat in all aspects. (Except little loaves of bread). Save the money and eat fresh soups and good food here. Waitresses are always friendly too.
Amazingly GOOD food! The Jake's Steak is SO GOOD! Also have heard a lot of people rave about the Steak Cacciatore! I've tried Every PIZZA on the menu and they are all Delicious! But...wait, it gets better... Jacob even serves Homeade chips if you ask!...On a Sunday Funday when he's open his Bloody Mary's knock everyone else's out if the park! This guy can make them like NO other! Check out this place and he will not dissapoint!
