Hubby and I stopped in because we had time to kill on a Friday afternoon and were curious. Host was very friendly and easy to talk to. We learned a lot and the wines we tasted were wonderful! We are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Stopped by on Sunday after reading the article in the Farmer paper. Super nice owner, awesome variety of apples. We bought the frozen apple cider and it was the best we've ever had. Highly recommend it. Wish we would have gotten the gallon instead of the half. We will be stopping by again.

I recently discovered this orchard and was excited to find that they grow russets, my favorite apples. I emailed one night and Paul emailed back confirming that yes, they had russets. Last week I took my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter to the orchard. Paul gave us a tour of the apple room. My granddaughter walked amongst the crates of apples and picked out about 20 different varieties. She was introduced to one of the "puppies" and on the way home she kept saying puppy, puppy. We had a blast and I am excited to find my new place to get apples.

My husband and I love supporting small business and found this winery in Wisconsin online. There is an apple orchard and they offer wine tasting. We were greeted by there huge dog Blue. A gentle giant. We tried 5 wines for $6.00. My husband loves sweet wines, so we tried the apple, mulberry and raspberry! I think raspberry was my favorite,out of the fruit wine category. We also tried a mead wine. These are made with there own honey. Very sweet but delicious. We had a full glass of wine for $5.00 and a complementary cup of apple cider, that they were bottling up while we were tasting our wine. The owner was a great guy. He explained how he made some of his wines and meads with honey. I would highly recommend this family owned winery. It was an experience I will not forget.

Hammen’s is a small family-run winery which also offers mead & ciders. It is dog-friendly so we were able to bring our puggle in with us while we tasted some of the fruit wines. As Matt provided us with samples, he told us about the winery as well as the surrounding area. We ultimately chose several bottles of apple & raspberry wine which were absolutely delicious. We will be back the next time we are traveling near Bonduel.

Such a great spot! We had a fun time tasting and the selection is very unique. We ended up purchasing a few too! Try the Sumac wine and the mead with Thai peppers - amazing! Paul was so kind and fun to chat with. Our toddler had fun too watching the chickens and Paul showed him how the apple press worked - he loved it :) Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the patio, but we had to get to dinner - so we will be back next time we visit!
