Cool little spot for breakfast! Stopped here on our way to Illinois. Amazing menu options and specials. I tried the stuffed biscuits and gravy. It was hot, fresh, and melt in your mouth. Atmosphere of old school house rocked! Recommend

Service was very friendly and timely. Portions are not as big as they use to be and we feel the food doesn't taste as good as it use to be.
Not the best value. Tres Les Pancakes was $17.99. Received two small pancakes, two strips of bacon and two eggs. Taste was decent, but over priced for what you het.
One of the dishes we ordered was a croissant french toast and was served the heal of a loaf. Extremely disappointing. We feel there are better options and will be in no hurry to return.

This place is AMAZING! I came up for a small trip from Chicagoland and stopped by here and don't regret a thing. Tried two specials of the day - Nutella crepes and California Eggs Benedict. Both were incredible. Legitimately one of the best eggs Benedict I've had in long long while, and I get them pretty often. The Nutella crepe was perfect - springy, thin crepes with crispy edges, just the right amount of butter, Nutella, banana, and an added surprise of some pistachio on top which added great flavor and texture. Staff were really nice, too! Highly recommended!

Cute old timey cafe with lots of breakfast options. 8-10 Benedict choices. Gf had one which was delicious. I had pot toast sandwich which was just so-so.
I’ve driven by this place more times than I care to admit, and now I deeply regret every drive by. This is easily some of the best food and some of the best people in the entire area.
It’s one thing for a restaurant to have great food. It’s a whole different (and extremely rare) miracle when the food is amazing and the staff and owners are even better. Honestly, it explains why this place is packed from the second they open at 7am until they close at 2pm. They could probably open at 3am and still have a line.
I’ve worked my way through the menu like it’s a personal mission: Classic Diner Breakfasts? Incredible. Sandwiches and Burgers? Top tier. Monthly specials? Creative, delicious, and dangerously addictive. And don’t sleep on the chili, seriously, it might be one of my favorite things they serve.
But if the food somehow doesn’t win you over (which would be a wild plot twist), Rhonda, Brittany, and Rocky definitely will. They’re half the reason everyone keeps coming back — the other half, of course, is the chili...at least for me.
Do yourself a favor and stop in. Just don’t make the same mistake I did and wait years to try it.

DO NOT waste your money here‼️ My family had a very disappointing and concerning experience during a recent breakfast visit. When my nephew began choking, none of the staff offered assistance or checked on them afterward, despite my aunt clearly calling for help. Also, the way they were treated from the moment they arrived made them feel singled out, and it came across as racist behavior for being Hispanic. Regardless of the reason, the lack of care and attentiveness was unacceptable. We will not be returning and will never recommend this establishment based on our experience. Disgusted by their unprofessionalism!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my mother had at your establishment. She visited with my 1-year-old child, and during the meal, my son began choking on a cracker. My mother cried out for help and shouted, yet none of your staff offered assistance. They simply stood and stared, showing no concern whatsoever—not during the incident and not afterward. No one asked if they could help or even if the baby was okay. This lack of response during a life-threatening situation is unacceptable and deeply troubling. To make matters worse, the atmosphere felt discriminatory from the very beginning, which only added to the distress. The service was also slow and unkind, compounding an already negative experience. I urge you to take immediate action to address staff training, emergency response protocols, and customer care standards. Incidents like this should never happen.
