“We love the Country Lane Bakery and stop in frequently when heading down to our conservation property south of Brodhead. The donuts are scrumptious and a great treat, only being available on Saturdays! We also enjoy the handpies, especially the black raspberry and the assortment of breads. Our two favorites are the bacon/cheddar bread and the apple bread. We haven't yet, but plan to, sample their pizzas as well. Prices are very reasonable and the goods are delicious!“
