initial review: the people here are so so lovely and nice :) and the coffee is soooo good.
updated review: i used to go here multiple times a week, mind you i live 20 mins away so i'd drive to brookfield just for 7b. the coffee was always so amazing. keep in mind that this was pre-flooding in mke from recent storms. i stopped going due to the sad news about this location being flooded, and decided to come back after their reopen. the people are still pretty nice but my coffee tasted like metal.... genuine metal. it was so nasty, i dont know if they havent been cleaning their machines but it has NEVER tasted like this before. i hope they do something about it because their coffee was my favorite, im extremely disappointed :/

Let me start by saying I really like this place. I come here 3-5x per week, but for the last 2 weeks, whenever I ask for “light ice” it’s like they hear “EXTRA ICE!” and I just don’t have a need for a cup that is 3/4 ice and 1/4 coffee. By the time I get home it’s all watered down. It’s disappointing that this simple request is consistently ignored. Other than that, I like the fast service and hassle free ordering!

Drinks are pretty consistent although every once and awhile you'll get one that doesn't taste right. Staff are nice, one thing I'd like is the option to tip 1-2 dollars vs 15-20% the whole order. I'm not tipping 20% to get a drink handed to me, so it results in a no tip.
One gripe I have about this location, and it started recently is they no longer wipe off the cups when handing you the drink. Every single drink i've received the last 5 times i've gone there have been sticky. Nobody wants sticky hands. Also, the lids have not been secured down in some instances.

It's been 3 times that I did a walk up for drinks. I drive semi truck, so drive thru is not an option. The wait to take my order and receive is VERY long. I counted 15 cars that placed orders and received drinks after I got mine. The service for walk up really sucks.
