Phenomenal empanada! The flavor of the ground beef was so delicious. It’s in a food court so atmosphere was fine. I will definitely come back and order other items in the future. Their hours online were incorrect, said it opened at 11 however did not open until noon.

I ordered from UberEats. I would’ve given this a higher rating because the food itself wasn’t actually bad. The chicken may look dry but it’s actually quite flavorful but if you see the burnt crumbs in the corner, those are supposed to be Maduras or sweet plantains. The fact that whoever was working there tonight even put these on my plate is appalling. I obviously couldn’t eat them. It wouldn’t have taken long to just make more.

It's so difficult to find gluten free options sometimes for my kids when we are out and about. There was such a variety of items to choose from and we had a hard time picking, but empanadas were the winner today. They were so delicious that my kids want us to bring visiting relatives to try. I liked that there were options for my meat lover as well as my veggie lover that both have to eat gluten free. Everything was flavorful and we will definitely be back!

I arrived at the place to eat and like every Venezuelan, I said good afternoon and wished the lady who was serving good afternoon, she looked at me with a bad face, she didn't even respond to say good afternoon. I asked her about the menu and as usual she doesn't know what's on the menu and has to ask how if she didn't work there. He treated me while lying down on the counter as if I already had a 10-hour day and he looked at me with a bad face. For someone in customer service, he lacks a lot, I made the payment and left him a tip and he didn't even thank me. When I received the food I thanked him again and didn't even say anything or your order or anything like that. They should give you a little customer service training. As a chef by profession and with years of work in the field, I recommend improving that because the food is good but the service is not and that is worth a lot.

Just stopped at the Southridge location and oh man was I blown away. The food was all and fresh to order the arepa was so crispy on the outside and just loaded with filling. First time but I will be back every time I’m at the mall.

Check it out while it lasts , arepas are pretty good and done on the spot fresh not many places offer arepas so I would say give them a try while they are in service.
