Super kind with special requests. I was dying for a cachapa made pabellon style, like I had at a restaurant in Madrid a couple years ago. They made one for me (off menu) and it was FABULOUS! This restaurant is located in the Southridge food court, it's a bit noisy for dine-in.

Went to Southridge mall and decided to order from here. I understand I got there at opening and expected a 10-15min wait for food. However I waited well over 30 mins for my order which was not even done properly. The young man kept asking me to repeat my order and even modified my order because somethings were not ready like their black beans. So my arepa was literally just meat and 3 pieces of plantain. If the set up wasn’t ready and I was told that then I would’ve chosen something else to eat in the food court but I was not. I’m very well disappointed in this experience and this will definitely make me think twice about coming again. Just disappointing and frustrating. Not sure if I would recommend this place due to service.

Delicious gluten free food. Great service! I will be back
It was all hot and delicious! We had cheese empanadas and the Rumbera arepa.
An arepa is like if a taco had a lightly fried pita bread shell. If you have not had one before, this place has fresh and high quality ingredients! My husband and I thought the cheese empananda is similar to a wonton mozzarella stick but WAY better! The owner is also super nice and I can't wait to go back! So, so good.

I just INHALED an arepa pabellon! Amazing! Can’t wait to dine again! 😍
This place is closed despite not being marked as temporarily closed on google.
Sunday at 12:18 and nobody here in this place. I don’t understand
Fantastic arepas, really nice people. They don’t skimp. I miss the Wisconsin hospitality. Keep up the good work!
Fresh, made to order food. Kind and pleasant people. Wonderful flavor combinations. I want to explore more on the menu, but I fell in love with the first dish I tried so much, I always get it.
Honestly, my favorite stop when I'm in the area.
Omg! Just popped in for a walk & quick bite at what used to be a bustling mall. My chicken empanada & dipping sauce are spectacular & were made fresh & hot! Just so sad to see the mall & food court such a sad shell of itself with growth occurring on the outside of the mall 😢

Phenomenal empanada! The flavor of the ground beef was so delicious. It’s in a food court so atmosphere was fine. I will definitely come back and order other items in the future. Their hours online were incorrect, said it opened at 11 however did not open until noon.

I ordered from UberEats. I would’ve given this a higher rating because the food itself wasn’t actually bad. The chicken may look dry but it’s actually quite flavorful but if you see the burnt crumbs in the corner, those are supposed to be Maduras or sweet plantains. The fact that whoever was working there tonight even put these on my plate is appalling. I obviously couldn’t eat them. It wouldn’t have taken long to just make more.

The empanadas were cold and the place was very uncrowded.

I was just about to write a 5 star review for the amazing food here when I discovered a bug in the passionfruit juice. Will not be back despite how good the empanadas were. Please see the attached photo
