Lots of tables, very clean, and a very large board game collection to choose from! Perfect spot to try out board games and hang out with friends for a very reasonable price, if I lived in the area I’d definitely visit this often!

We’ve been coming to BTB for a few years now, figured I should probably get around to writing a review. I love this place. The game selection is awesome, the staff are super friendly & helpful, and the food is great too! Their gluten free pizza is very good. They have their collection list available on their website, which is great for planning which games we’d like to play before we get there. Very excited about their recent expansion, as they’ll be able to host even more people! We have come to the open game nights on Wednesdays a couple times and always had a good time. Great for a date night, hangout, or a way to meet new people doing something we all love – playing board games.

Amazing! We first came here when visiting 2 years ago, and I’m so happy to come back whenever I’m back in Wisconsin. It’s cool to see the new expansion next door with the storefront. They were very friendly and guided us through a few games. Playing games at home is fun and perhaps more ‘cost effective’ but it’s so great to come to a place with awesome selection and wholesome people. Compared to a trip to the movies, this is much more engaging and creates memories to last. I will return when I’m back in the area!

Walked in off the street. They have a small retail section. The atmosphere is great. A family sat playing a cow based board game and having a blast. The staff was friendly and engaging. I wished I lived closer so my family could take them here once a week for a night out. The pizza was good. Prices are more than decent considering what game stores usually charge. The retail section has a discount for stay and play; buy the game stay and play and you save 20%.
Our whole group loved our visit to Beyond the Board! Such a fun spot. We loved browsing the huge collection of games and playing a few different games we had been wanting to try out. The food was really good and everybody was really helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be going back in the future!

I should have reviewed y'all sooner, but this is literally our favorite place! The owners are so friendly and helpful, always willing to teach or help you understand instructions for games. Their prices are so reasonable for what you get, the space is beautiful, the tables are nice, and the food is good. A small slice of board game heaven! 😊

A great place to meet with friends and play some games! They have games of every weight and player count, and are available for teaching! The menu is tasty and affordable. They also have games for sale with a discount for those who stay and play. Even if you come by yourself, there are plenty of people who would love to play with you 😊

This is an awesome place, for just casual game nights with friends and partners or we even held my 13 yr old birthday here as well. The staff is amazing and very helpful with reccomendations and board game instruction. I highly recommend stopping by and trying a new game!
