Overall experience was good. First time visiting as we've tried a couple times before but wait times were to long without a reservation. We visited during dinner hours and were a table of four. Very loud during busy hours between music and guests. Feeling was more like being in a loud pub. Food was good, but we did have to wait a long time. About 30-35 min for one appetizer to arrive, 45 min for main course and 15 min for dessert. Based off our one experience would come again, but would know to plan for a very loud environment and be ok with a 1 1/2 to 2 hour food service.

Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. We had a reservation that was booked a couple days in advance and still had a 35 minute wait past our reservation time for our table. Server only checked back with us once throughout the meal. Food came at a good pace considering how busy they seemed.

The whole check-in process was chaotic and not under control. We've never experienced such a problem at BJ's brewhouse and I hope we don't again. They need to have adequate staffing. They appeared to be under staffed.

Great food and awesome spicy Bloody Mary. The only issue was the waitress. Never asked me if I wanted another drink until after I was finished.

We went to BJ’s 10/25/2025. We had a reservation. The seating hostess was absolutely rude. There were 7 of us, including 2 5 year olds and she wanted to seat us in the bar at high table and when we asked to be in the dining area she was just nasty. Our server was great once they put our table together. When we left, that same hostess uttered something just unacceptable under her breath. We will never go there again. Someone needs to talk to her. She was just the worst!

We came in at 6:00pm and were told there would be a wait. Miquel, our waiter, quickly got us seated. He had a great sense of humor. Kept our drinks full and was an overall great waiter. I definitely recommend asking for his section! Food was delicious and Pizookies were amazing.

Last night, we went to BJ’s for a birthday celebration with my husband and his mother. While we were told there would be a 15–30 minute wait, we asked if it would be okay to sit at the bar and order a drink while waiting. His mom wasn’t there yet, so my husband and I sat down at the bar.

About ten minutes went by, and both bartenders made multiple rounds — skipping over us every time. I told my husband, “I guess no one is going to help us.” Finally, the blonde bartender came over, pointed at drink menus, and when my husband said we were ready to order, she simply repeated, “This is the drink menu,” and walked away.

We continued to wait, watching other guests walk up and get served immediately. I politely said, “Ma’am,” to get her attention, and she slowly turned around with a snobby, dismissive tone and said, “Yes?” I asked to speak to a manager, and she replied, “In regards to what?” I explained that we had been sitting there for over 15 minutes without service while others were being helped right away. She then said, “If you want a manager, you can get up, go up front, and ask to speak to one. I’m just too busy for that,” and then shrugged her shoulders.

I was stunned at how rude and unprofessional that interaction was. How dare you treat paying customers that way? This was only my second time visiting BJ’s and it will be my last. The manager seemed intimidated and unwilling to address the issue. I’d highly recommend management review recent reviews — because it’s clear this bartender’s behavior has been mentioned before.

We came in for a business meeting, my boss had been to BJ's in the past and stated he wanted us to try it. Well every thing tasted great. Espesially the wings.

This is in regard to a work place Christmas party we held at BJs last December. Fair warning to anyone else booking one. I had it planned a month In advance and had talked with two people confirming our event for just over 30 people. We started arriving and no one had a clue that we were coming in that evening. Embarrassing. They scrambled around and got us set up at a long table that wasn’t great for conversation. I did email corporate after the event and never received a reply. Hence- my review now.
