There was a very loud group of 10 seated in the middle of the room and we were seated next to them. They were also up and moving taking pictures with their phones around the table and frequently blocking the aisle. They were so loud we had a difficult time hearing each other across the table! It soured the experience for us.

We used to love going to Bonefish and were looking forward to returning after several years. What a disappointment! Service was slow, which was exacerbated by our waiter's messing up our order. Our salads finally arrived moments before our entrees were delivered. Our fish was overcooked, dried out and cold. My husband's iced tea was served in a broken glass. When we told the waiter, he did nothing — the glass was still on the table when we left the restaurant. Such a shame that a good restaurant has become so bad. We will not return.

Bonefish Grill continues its slide into mediocrity - or worse. Since they devalued their Dine Reward program, we have significantly reduced our patronage. Their local restaurant in Brookfield has clearly lost its commitment to customer service. We have been ordering some food takeout over the past couple of years, but the majority of orders were not filled correctly, the staff often is unable to efficiently and accurately take, fulfill, and accept payment for our food orders, and they clearly no longer care. Yesterday, for the first time in a long time, we decided to have lunch dine-in, only to learn the inability to get orders right has infected the entire operation. We were lured to lunch by the tempting pictures of the shaved brussels sprouts salad with salmon. When our lunch was delivered after a significant wait, the salad was their standard house salad. When I tracked down our server, they said they would fix it - and delivered a plate with just shaved brussels sprouts - no feta cheese. Unfortunately, at that point we had to leave to make the show we were going to. To be fair, the tomato bisque and burger that I ordered were excellent. Sadly, the best food we ate had nothing to do with seafood... Fortunately, Fishbones in Delafield and St. Paul's Fish Company always deliver, and we will travel the extra distance to ensure our seafood dinners meet our expectations.

This was our first time visiting Bonefish Grill, and we will be back. Laurie, our waitress, was absolutely fabulous and made us feel at home. We very much enjoyed our entrees of scallops and lobster, and there is a nice ambience to the restaurant, as well. We will be back!

Picked up order to go for lunch. Fish and Chips 19.90 with no coleslaw. Prices went up. Menu changes with smaller portions. Unable to order on line, called store to order and credit card couldn’t be taken.
Not the Best Customer Service as it has been in the Past

We have eaten here many times and with this experience we will not be back.my wife ordered the Mahi Mahi with shrimp and received scallops instead, she first tried a bite and they were raw in the middle, we told our server and she talked to the cook and said she misread the order and they cooked her a piece of Mahi Mahi and it was totally raw in the middle as well, there is no excuse for this and although we were not charged for my wife's meal, the manager hid in the back, no apology or anything, it ruined our whole day and the weekend because my wife was in a foul mood the entire weekend.

We came in for lunch and the food was excellent. The presentation of our food (the Salmon and the Lily’s Chicken) was beautiful!!! Nick was our server (we always request him when we come in) and he was wonderful - as always! The hostess (Emily) was very kind and welcoming - as always! The other staff member (David) was also kind. Those three always seem to be working when we come in for lunch and can tell they have a good teamwork between the three of them.

Very disappointed...we have been coming here for many years and the last few visits have not been so good. There was hardly any patrons there and after we were seated we had to ask the hostess for drinks. Once we ordered it took a bit and then my mashed potatoes came out without butter and the broccoli was close to raw. Very sad...this place used to be a jumping place with standing room only and servers that were on it like lightening...not sure what has happened. We likely will not return.

The lobster was good but everyone in my party ordered steaks and only one person got their steak how they ordered it, didn’t get the appetizer we ordered when the table behind us got their appetizers and they arrived after us
