So had to order on the app, not with a wait person. Also had to pay right away. Just couple of baskets of wings and soft drinks for my wife and I. After waiting 45 minutes asked the wait person about the order, said it was coming in 5 minutes. After another 20 minutes no food and now it was a need to take out situation because of a previous appointment. Told the wait person about needing it to go, said it would be okay. Food comes out in dine in baskets a few minutes later, tell food runner it needs to be to go now and he replies he can't help with that. By this time we had to go so didn't get our food after paying and waiting all that time. Will be talking to the credit card company and won't be back. This was a Tuesday evening with maybe 10 tables total occupied in the place.Update - no I will not fill out your form so you can further take it up with your team. The issue is documented here and you, the owner can address the situation using what's posted. Furthermore looking at other comments here it looks like this is just a boilerplate or AI bot reply. If I could rate the experience lower after this I would.

Arrived to pick up my order. No staff in sight for a full 5 minutes. Ordered 15 boneless wings. Only received 11 cold and dry wings. I used to come here a lot. I will not be returning to this location. Hopefully other locations are better.

The kids’ meals arrived so far before mine that they were completely done with their dinner before I even took a bite. Pretty fun to watch each other take turns eating dinner on guys’ night out! When I asked to talk to the manager, she told me that it was company policy to bring out food as soon as it was ready and that if I wanted our meals timed to arrive together, I should state my desire in advance next time. “Next time?” Unfortunately, that’s not going to happen.

the entire restaurant had 4 tables full when we ordered, food took 25 minutes before being given to the wrong table and we waited for another 20 before leaving. management was no help and no apology was given at all. decided to leave and loose $50. do not recommend

Food was decent. Service was TERRIBLE. We had to get our own menus, water, and we went at a time that wasn't busy. We went for a family dinner at 345pm... no refills for waters, and food came out at all different times after a very very long wait for someone to take order. We came for a meal together.... and everyone ate at different times it was ridiculous. Waited and waited for at least 20-30 mins before waitstaff even came to take order. Would never go there again.

I’ve genuinely never stopped eating a burger after two bites until eating here. The burger was disgusting. Service was nonexistent; she took our order and we never saw her again and it was time to pay. Won’t be coming back and recommend no one come here.

The service was excellent! The bar and surrounding tables were filthy. The fries we ordered were not edible. Hard to do since french fries are a difficult thing to do poorly. The wings were good and satisfying.

My food was cold.. imagine eating cold chicken. It took 30 minutes each time to get a $12.95 drink which was half full. I think there were understaffed of something. I got my appetizer 20 minutes after my chicken.

The food was delicious however it took 30 min to even get a waitress because they only had one running the whole place. How is that effective and smart?? It's not. The liberal ladywas kind and got us hooked up with free drinks but still bad bad service.

Saturday evening about 7:00. We ordered wings and cob salad to go. Wings were overcooked, yet somewhat cold. There were only 5 wings, and no offer of silverware or napkins.

Last several trips service has been stunningly slow. Near empty bar and it still takes 30+ min. to get food. Good wings but dead slow all the time.

I love bdubs usually. The food is usually mid but it’s usually a fun place to go and hang with friends. I’m usually easy going and don’t give waiters grief but the experience I had last night was atrocious. We walk in and pick our own table per usual. When we sit down we get told to order on our phones.. come on. Then we order electronically and wait. We waited 20 minutes for drinks and an hour for food. I asked for a refill and that never came. When we were finished eating, I had to walk around the restaurant for about 5 minutes to try to find someone to get a box for me. The experience was just terrible. This place has just gone to hell in a hand basket. We go here once a week and now I think it won’t even be once a year. Trash service and terrible atmosphere.

Service was horrible, we got overcharged because of the workers fault and they wouldn’t discount it to the right price. worst service i’ve ever witnessed. Manager was very rude. Will not be coming back to this location.
