Burrachos Fresh Mexican Grill

I got a steak burrito and was very disappointed in the taste/portion size there was no flavor to any of it just very bland and the queso was just as disappointing and no flavor as well. The place was also dead which was not too shocking first and last time.

We had taco Monday catered in for our team meeting and selected Burrachos after comparing prices with a smaller chain restaurant. Prices were comparable, the food here was outstanding! Everyone was raving about how this was the best taco bar we've ever had. Highly recommend! We had plenty food for 14 people with leftovers. I look forward to stopping in for a meal with my family in the near future.

Very similar to Chipotle in format. One thing they offer here that's different is the Quesadilla. Overall quality of ingredients is about the same. Service is also similar. The big difference is the flavor. The food here tastes excellent. It's a lot better than Chipotle. We are glad to see this location close to our home in Brookfield. Come check it out. Make this place popular so it doesn't dissappear.

Very surprised to see the one star reviews here. I have been here 5+ times and every time I walk in the door I am welcomed and the staff is very social and nice. This is a custom place so if you do not like something you can ask the worker for a change and they will be happy to accommodate.

I came here to try a new burrito place as I was tired of dealing with the long lines, small portions, and the higher prices of Chi***le. It’s always been in and out with good portions and great service.

I am a big fan of their salsas and their cheese. When I’m having a bad day at work, Burrachos turns my whole day around.

I would pick this place over Chi***le 10/10 times.

I have a feeling the other reviews had a bad experience because of the time of day. I went there at 5 once and the food was fresh, but I went there later and it was a little rocky but still good. I know this might sound bad but I do want this to have better reviews than the average of 3.9 because it deserves more so 5 stars.

I should have listened to reviews and not tried the food here. The meat looked extremely unappetizing and overcooked, so I got the carnitas as they had just been refilled and were fresh and steamy. The guacamole tastes like it was prepackaged from the grocery store and they used the tiniest scoop to measure- not at all worth the extra charge. I finally sit down and am not quite halfway through my burrito when I bite down hard on a huge piece of bone and scraped the roof of my mouth with it. I immediately took the bone in a napkin to the register and asked for a refund. The employee was unable to issue me a refund and told me the store manager was not there and would issue me a refund on a later date. They took my email address to send me a confirmation of my refund. In addition to this- the food has barely lukewarm, and the pico was so watery my burrito was leaking a lot. Absolutely disgusted and will never return.

The people who gave this place 1 or 2 stars have no idea what they are talking about, how did the saying go if you don't like your sandwich from subway you are bad at making sandwiches, same can be applied here

My bf and I came here excited to try a new place. He ordered a burrito bowl first, then I ordered a salad. They made both almost the same exact way except for my “salad” they sprinkled on a very small amount of lettuce at the end as if it was just a light topping?? Very strange experience. A salad should start with a lot of lettuce. Bf was not impressed with his burrito bowl either and the cost was pretty high for some pretty basic dishes.

We went in not knowing what to expect. Sunday afternoon around 5:30pm. We walked in to find only two employees visible in the front. The first girl was cleaning and the second was by the registers, (also cleaning?) Neither one greated us. I looked at the menu boards and then looked for a paper copy of the menu. I found the catering menus but that was it. Noone said anything to us. Looked to me like Chipolte/Qdobe style place. We weren't impressed. We walked out disappointed not buying anything.

Went hoping for a good experience, left disappointed. The kids quesadilla was a joke, so small (I know it’s a kids one but was ridiculous). The queso and chips were ok. All the meat looked so overdone and not appetizing. I wish we would’ve left but we thought we’d give it a try anyway. Employees were friendly but that’s about all the only positive thing I have to say.

Ordered 2 meals. They were out of containers for the tacos. I was given very small portions of meat and cheese on all My burrito was given aboit a teaspoon of cheese. I was given a literal pinch more, when I asked for more. I drove a great distance to get here. The food is not worth the drive or cost. There was ample staff and they were friendly
