We stopped in to have their fish dinner. I had half baked/fried cod and my wife had all baked cod. We both really enjoyed the fish, the fried cod was excellent. We also had the potato pancakes, which had a slightly sweet taste and were also really good. It’s an older establishment and look every bit of that statement. Our table and seats were clean and so was the rest of the seating area. I’d recommend trying their fish dinners and plan to go back. I thought it was a bit pricey compared with other restaurants offering fish fry dinners.

Odered the small Magnifica pizza. Very thin crust but soggy in the middle. Hardly any toppings for $24. Also left lots of grease on the plates. it was a terrible pizza.Waiter was great, very attentive.

Fantastic service! Even though it was super busy our fish came out quickly. We also had the wonton mozzarella sticks. I highly recommend them. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because parking was limited.

First time ever visiting this establishment, great service and atmosphere! The pizza was the best I have ever had!!! I travel the country weekly for work and try the local pizza in each city I visit. 5 stars without a doubt!

I visited Red Mill on my last visit to Milwaukee and love the ambiance, the menu, and the drink special! We went on a Wednesday during half price bottles of wine - score! I ordered the filet dinner with a side of mushrooms. It was $24 and honestly I didn't have high expectations as I thought this was a pizza place; however, I was wildly impressed. I've paid WAY MORE for steak that was not good at all and this steak was cooked to perfection, well seasoned, and delicious. My friend enjoyed the margarita pizza which was delicious as well. I highly recommend stopping by!

Supper club vibes, handmade old fashions, thin crust crispy pizza… built in 1820. A little neighborhood bar who knows everyone by name.

Mediocre food served in a basket. Fries burnt, potato pancakes burnt, and the food that wasn't burnt I could have made better at home. The server was not attenttive but maybe it was because the restaurant was packed and I think they had 1 maybe two servers on. I was not impressed by anything.

I love supporting local businesses. Which is why, even though our 1st dining experience was aweful, we gave it a second chance. Our first experience, the table was sticky & the food was burnt. The waitstaff was good. Our 2nd experience, they really overcooked all of our food., loke everything. There were fruit flies in my drink. Even after they replaced my drink, they still charged me for the one with the flies. The waitstaff was still nice. Not giving this place another chance. Never again.

Great history. Old jazz club now serving up pizza. Za was good not great. Staff was super nice and the location opened up some conversation with my 83 year old mother who used to come here to listen to music. Good walk down memory lane.

Awesome old place to eat. What a surprise the food and the history of the building. Over 200 years old.

Cool tavern vibe. Great bar. Thank you, thank you, thank you . . . for the best GF pizza found in the area in 25 years. I had always missed Balistreris on 68th/Wells, from being a kid . . . but I finally have a replacement. We've been there almost every family Sunday pizza night since finding it several months ago. Sasha, server, is always attentive and has a smile on his face!
