Stopped in once and everything was awesome. Staff was friendly, food was good. Second time I waited in the drive thru for 28 minutes until I finally decided to back out of the drive thru since I didn’t move at all. I wouldn’t recommend using their drive thru service.

Server not able to help when an order does not go thru. Said they are having problems with orders going thru that are done on line. The lane to be able to order thru kiosk was closed. Server said it wasn’t working.

Drea and Ashley and the staff at Cafe Zupa were so friendly and helpful. It was the end of the night and they went out of their way for me. The food is also delicious! I will be back!

We absolutely love Zupas! Infinitely better than Panera, actually reminds me of Panera about 10 years ago. Very much a welcome sight for the community. The food is delicious and different enough to be interesting, but not so crazy that it scares people away.

Its fresh, delicious, and I love the ability to be able to build your own bowl. My kids love the Dubai strawberry cup, and if the Apple cup is still available, highly recommend that as well. Fresh cut apples and chocolate? Hell yes.

Keep up the good work!!

The food was amazing and fresh! I did order from door dash and I wasn’t able to pickup through drive through. They seemed very busy so I had to wait another 15 minutes. It was worth the wait.
Also the parking is interesting

Great place for lunch. Busy cafeteria vibe. Clean. Friendly. Good food. Not a lot of seating but it didn’t feel crowded.

I had such a great experience at this Café Zupas thanks to Drea!
She had amazing customer service, super kind, patient, and friendly. She went out of her way to help me with my rewards app and made sure I understood how everything worked. She was also really informative and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you Drea for being so helpful and kind!

I tried Cafe Zupas this week after my work brought in catering. They had a wonderful variety of soups, sandwiches and salads. The pumpkin soup was delicious, the salad was fresh and had a lot of toppings. When I went to the store, I had the same wonderful experience with the enchilada soup and a Cobb salad. I was even offered a sample of soup as I walked by the soups! The chocolate covered strawberry was a delightful surprise. I will be going back!!

The online ordering experience leaves a lot to be desired at this location. I placed a simple order for lunch today online and was given a pick up time of 12:06. At the pick up window they had the drink ready and told my husband to park in the lot because the bowl wasn’t yet ready. Totally fine, the lunch rush can be busy. After 20 minutes the bowl has still not arrived. At this point my husband goes inside to ask for a status update. He’s informed that they can’t find the order in their system. When asked why no one bothered to come outside and inform him of this the response was “we’re busy”. At this point a manager is involved and searched for the order by name and the order is clearly there, but for some reason it won’t transfer to their other computer system (???). The manager’s solution is that she would refund the original order and said we should resubmit it or we could join the back (!!!) of the line to order again. What kind of sense does this make? Your computer system error is not my problem and at this point it was 40 minutes past the original time the order was supposed to be ready. Eventually we got a free bowl for the trouble, but buyer beware this place definitely needs to work out several issues.
