I forgot my wallet at home and Joseph was a wonderful employee when I came back around with my wallet. He had my stuff all ready to go is all hot. The food was hot drinks or cold. and just a pleasant human being to deal with so Joseph was amazing. He also gave me a small discount even though it was my mistake and my fault so first time going to Caribou coffee definitely coming back because of Joseph.

The Caribou on Appleton & Wittman has the friendlist staff of all! Very kind, customer service oriented, & friendly.
I'm not a big fan of coffee places but, this was a nice location to sit and have a cup of coffee....a little overpriced but that's what your paying for to sit in peace.
