Service is terrible. I explicitly told them no bacon on my salad. I had 2 salads. They put one with bacon and the other one without. I had to drive back 15 minutes one way to ask them to replace my salad. The manager will not even offer a gratuity for my time. Their customer service is very poor.

I have Crohn's Disease and am on a restricted diet for Crohn's, as well as a vegetarian diet. The only thing that I can order are the fries and Chick Fil A sauce. When I learned that the fries and sauces were an option for me, I was so happy because they are convenient and they do not aggravate my disease.I come to Chick-fil-A to treat myself after class at least once a week (for over a year now.) Being on a restricted diet is extremely difficult, I order the exact same thing every time. I have never had any issues until a manager named Corey started working there recently (not sure if he is new, or we just never crossed paths before.) A few months ago, he randomly and without me asking...approached the drive thru window after I had ordered and informed me that they do sale the Chick Fil A sauce in a bottle. I was not aware of that, but I eagerly asked to purchase a bottle. I received the bottle, in addition to the individual sauces I requested with my original order. I have since purchased multiple sauce bottles through the drive thru since then. I currently have 3 bottles in my refrigerator right now! Today however, when I pulled up to the drive thru and noticed that all of the sauces I requested, were not in the bag, I asked for 2 additional sauces. Corey approached my vehicle again, but this time said that he would not allow the staff to give me two additional sauces, stating, "They won't allow us to give out additional sauces for one item." I offered to purchase additional sauces, and he refused. I informed him that no one else has ever stated that to me at ANY of the locations that I go to. I also reminded him that HE is the only person (at his location or others), that has ever refused to give me additional sauces. He repeated that it's the policy now. I asked for proof of the policy and he said, "there isn't any." I asked for the corporate customer service number to call to get clarification and he said, "there isn't any." I asked him to confirm if he was the manager and that his stance was that there wasn't a number that he could give me. He confirmed and told me that his name was Corey.I find the blatant lies very disrespectful and uncalled for. He was very unprofessional and seems to have a vendetta out against me regarding extending extra sauces. I can literally drive to the next Chick Fil A location across town and will not have any problems. I can even go back to his location, when he isn't there, and not have any problems. This is absolutely absurd. I will mention, this is the 1st Black Male manager that I have encountered at any Chick-fil-A in my city. You never know what kinds of trauma someone brings to the workplace. His need for control is detrimental to the work flow. He clearly needs some additional customer service, leadership training. He does not exemplify the customer service standard that Chick-fil-A is known for. To lie over sauces, as a manager, is completely uncalled for. His influential, younger team members watched his behavior and our interaction. As a woman, and a loyal customer, this was embarrassing and very condescending. I would like someone from the district/regional leadership to contact me to discuss further. Please escalate.As far as my fries, they seemed old and were cold. I could not even enjoy them. How fitting.I should've just returned them when I thought about it in the moment. Sigh.Additionally, I've noticed that the last couple of times I've ordered, the fry quality has declined. They are hard, taste different, and the container is filled with broken waffle pieces at the bottom, so much so that a few weeks ago, I did return them for a new batch of fries.Also...for shenanigans...check out the review a few posts below mine. The reviewer posted that she ordered 4 sandwiches and received TWELVE sauces that she will be tossing in the garbage.I use all of mine and offered to pay for them...and couldn't get TWO extra...Absurd.
Chick fil A need I say more? If you are one of the few that have not yet tried Chick fil A do it. I have gone many times and every visit I received hot fresh food and their shakes are Great because they are hand made and not pumped out of A machine. Also, I have always had pleasant employees. Enjoy?
Came here towards the evening, and you could tell our food had been sitting for a little while. Definitely not my favorite, but not the worst fast food I’ve ever had.
