The food is great, living up to the highest standards I’ve come to expect from Chick-Fil-A. The dining room is the dirtiest Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever eaten at, with the trash cans often overflowing and the floor/tables generally littered with crumbs from prior guests.
I asked for a club and specified colby jack even though it’s what the club is supposed to come with it and had the worker repeat it. It really changes the sandwich and if i’m paying 8+ dollars for a sandwich i want the right one. this also happens like 8 times out of 10. very dissapointing

We’ve only ordered through the app and picked up curbside or drive thru. Drive thru was a fast and good experience, but curbside was a tad long. I think it’s because curbside is located further away from the building, but S/O to team member Alex. He was a younger employee but the only one who brought out everybody’s curbside order and in general, the employees work hard to make sure customers have a good experience.

Lost my online order waited 45 minutes in the spot before I decided to call. They say "we lost your order" how do you lose an order that's paid for already? And didn't get anything for the wasting an hour of my life. Best part was no traffic could have went through the drive thru 10X. Absolutely riddic.

The drive thru experience was absolutely horrible. There were two people working the drive thru and neither of them were really paying attention and were a bit rude. They were not working to make sure guests were taken in order. After the order was taken the experience got even better as the food was cold! All in all I love chick-fil-a but I will NOT LOL visit this location again!
