Unfortunately, had an other than great experience. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a kids nugget meal. Chicken sandwich was chicken patty on a bun with 2 pickles. Not sure what I was expecting, no offer of sauces for dipping or otherwise...

I had out of town company come down this past weekend and since they don't have Chick Fila by them we decided to get food from there. Big mistake. Went to the one outside Brookfield mall. We go in to order a Togo to bring home for the family. Before leaving, we check our food and see that my aunt's chicken sandwich, the 1st thing we ordered, wasn't there. So I go to the girl that was bringing out food to the diners and she noticed we never got charged for it. So I asked if I'm going to have to now stand in a line 15 people deep while our other food gets cold. She opened a register to ring me up but her manager, Jeremiah, said she can't do that and I have to wait in line for their mistake. By the time we got home to West Milwaukee, everything was cold and the 3 pc strips was like 6 bc they were tiny pcs not strips. All the employees tried to do the right thing but are being led by a manager who has no place in customer service. I will never come back to this one. Had I not been out in this area, I would've went to the one in Greenfield. When that store makes a mistake, they make it right. And their food just tastes better and fresher.
