Workers suck there..don't care about the customers or the special requests..Do not go there or pretty much any Chipotle in south east WI

Food, taste wise, is generally decent. However I have noticed a deteriorating quality of the whole experience and restaurant. The worst offense has to be the staff shoving your through the line and you seem to be an inconvenience to your day. Almost every time I am there the staff immediately go to their phones once the line is empty. The dining room is often filthy dirty even with the usual high amount of staff working during lunch. They have fun out of forks and lids and straws more than I can count and whoever is managing product must not know how to do so. Very unfortunate to see this location going down so fast. Keep expectations low if you plan to stop here.

I came to order my food but at the moment I ordered my food 3 girls laughed because I spoke Spanish they don't understand my way of speaking it's a joke to you I have never felt so discriminated I came here to get food not to entertain very bad service if you are going to make fun of people I recommend a different type of career

I don't personally eat Chipotle, but my daughter does and this is her favorite location, hands down.

Second time eating here. Both times the food turned out perfect! The brand new Honey chipotle chicken is awesome!
The meat was fresh and flavorful! Everything was the right temperature and fully cooked!
I do not recommend the Pewaukee location.

They serve spoiled food with a smile. I feel bad for all the people who eat at this location. I informed the manager the food tastes funny and it must be spiled we had a total of 4 bows prepared. She said it's fresh came in this week. Tasted funny was seek all night. too bad did not catch on sooner. Beans is what has spoiled.

I am super bummed to even be writing this review! I love their food! But I will definitely not be ordering through the app for pick up anymore! Sad to pay 11+ dollars for a burrito and there's only a TINY bit of beef at the very end of the burrito! So I basically paid that much for a burrito full of rice! My husband got tacos, and there was barely any meat in them either! But mine was literally ALL RICE!!! Sad this was one of my go to's for Carry out!
This happened once before months ago. I figured it was a fluke and they've been pretty good about it since then. When that happened I did talk to a manager and they wouldn't do anything about it or give you any credit or anything to make up for it. So it's no use trying to call again! I just won't be eating there anymore!!! Such a bummer because I really do love their food!!! :(

Put barely any sofritas and toppings on my salad, crazy that I had to pay $13 for some lettuce with a teeny tiny pinch of everything else, probably the worst Chipotle I've been to :/

Terrible service.

I’ve consistently had good food here. It’s a decent Chipotle that is clean, had fresh food, and is on time. I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. My experience has been positive.

Line worker made us generous burrito bowls at this location, not like some that are really chinsey at other locations. Pretty clean also.

It’s very inconsistent

I’ve never ever experienced anything like this before… I placed a pick up order and I literally get everything in my bowl plus half chicken and half steak… when I finally made it home to eat my food I didn’t have any chicken or steak! What kind of crap is this? Yall need to do something about this! I will never come to this location again! This was the last straw!!!

Chipotle has took a turn for the worse during pandemic and has recovered. I will never eat here again after being served food that's old and getting short scooped meat and paying 13 plus dollar for horrible food.
Bye bye Chipotle. Dog food of mexican food!

Customer service is lacking, the rudeness is uncalled for , why the attitudes? Also, so stingy with portions! Other chipotles price/potions match, not this locations, wow unbelievably disappointing location.
