I love Chipotle and it was my first time going to this location. The service could be a lot better and the staff could be more attentive... The girl who was helping me with my order wasn't really listening to what I was ordering and made a few mistakes. She was also giving me very small portions compared to what I usually get at other stores. The whole time I was in line and ordering, the rest of the staff were speaking to each other in Spanish and laughing out loud! I speak 3 other languages myself and truly appreciate other languages and culturs, but I find this act very disrespectful when there are customers in the store who may not know that language.

Regarding Chipotle in general, pretty expensive for what you get. For this store, ok service and atmosphere. Less busy than usual and the seating area & floors were pretty messy. The kitchen had personal music blasting louder than the lounge music. Always nice eating your food to two types of music at once.

This is one of the better Chipotle's in the MKE metro. I drive out of my way to visit because I can count on the food quality and great service.

Brown rice was not available. Portions were extremely small. Food was cold. Rice was undercooked. Had to spit most of it out because it was too hard to chew. Very disappointed

We love this chipotle location compared to others in the area. However, we find that anytime we order online there are errors. Components missing, or barely any guac when we pay almost $3 extra. Much better if you actually go in and order
Their stock is crashing. They need to go back to basics. Fuller bowls. Better employees. Faster service.
So I go to chipotle for the hot red sauce. They said they were out, ok fine then as I was checking out I saw that in the Togo order area I saw that had the red sauce in that section so I asked if I could have a dish with my order. He said no that is only for Togo orders. Like for real? No for real can I just have a bit on the side? He was very adamant on not giving me any explaining that it is only for Togo orders! I don’t get the big deal? Bad employee!!

I won’t be returning to this Chipotle. The customer before me received a healthy scoop of chicken, but I was given noticeably less. At checkout, when I said “chicken,” another server insisted it was “honey chicken” until the first server corrected her. Why would I lie about that? The whole experience left me feeling singled out and treated differently because I’m Black. My bowl was mostly rice with barely any chicken. Never again.
Very impressed with this place great bunch of guys here closing it's hard to find good work and these guys are busting their ass even when it's late and about to close. Solid crew!

I was shocked at the tiny portions this place gives you. My chicken and carnitas bowl barely had any meat in it to the point where I was pretty much just eating a bowl of rice with cheese. And can we talk about the staff?? You can tell they all hate their job and are depressed. It created a very weird and unwelcoming atmosphere. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

I visit here regularly, because I love Chipotle, this is on my regular pathway, and because food restrictions limit my options for fast casual food. The culture here is just broken, and the portions are too small. I didn't realize how bad this Brookfield location was until I visited Menomonee Falls store and was greeted warmly, thanked for coming, and given an actual full portion (instead of half a scoop of chicken). Time to shake up the culture there!

Every time I try this location, the food is missing flavor every time I get a burrito, they can never roll it correctly. I just DoorDash a burrito and a bag of chips from this location and paid 20 bucks just to have my chips missing and not have them in the bag

They were running out of ingredients; steak and rice. I never seen a more depressed staff in quite some time. And this restaurant was filthy, head to toe with garbage overflowing, clean tables were scarce. Reminded me when I visited a Chipotle in Dubuque that was exactly the same. What on earth is going on with this restaurant chain?
