I would avoid, food was ok, but the crowd was pretty out of control. a lot of kids running around unsupervised climbing on and in games, throwing balls for games around, kids/teenagers trying to break games and then at the end of the night, 2 of the older kids/teenagers were screwing around and ran over my 7 year old daughter and neither of them nor their supervision, who was standing right there, acknowledge it, asked if she was alright or said sorry. I was hesitant to go there in the first place and we will never be back, much better places for the cost without the chaos. Very disappointed.
Our grand son wanted his 4th bday party to be at Chuck E. Cheese's and we held it at the Brookfield location on a Sunday, first thing it opened. The atmosphere was not overcrowded with tons of happy, screaming children, nor was there a hint of arguments brewing amongst adult visitors; an unfortunate occurence that blights this franchise. The salad bar was fresh with a little larger cut veggies than the norm. The 🍕 was actually very decent as well the Asian Chili glazed meat ball appetizer. Our grand kids and their guests had a lot of fun. The young man who was our bday party host was a young gentleman who continuosly asked us if we were good. The Chucky mascot was a little bit less enthusiastic than I've seen at other Chucky restaurants. The furst shift manager and staff were very accomodating and friendly, especially to the kids. As we were preparing to leave and the kids casjingn in their points for prizes, the second shift crew came in and there was an immediate difference in demeanor. Very unfriendly and non chalant towards the kids, barely uttering any words to children or adults. Their non-verbal body language said it all that they did not want to be there. Glad we made reservations very early.
Clean, not crowded. Staff was polite and very talkative. The pizza is kind of good for Chuck e cheese pizza. Eat while hot. lol
The lady behind the counter selling the cards and food: 5 STARS! She took the time to explain everything to me without getting frustrated. Absolutely loved her.
The girl behind the prizes: 0 stars I could barely hear what she was saying. I asked her a question and she just shrugged. Every time she said something I had to get closer to hear her.
Bathrooms are horrendous every single stall was dirty. Pizza was good.
August 19th - AM
Was there yesterday
I felt like I should have had my own disinfecting wipes for the bathrooms. They were gross. We got there only about 30-45 minutes after they opened too, so assuming someone during close shift didn't clean them. Other than the bathrooms, service was good, pizza came fast too.
This is definitely the best Chuck E Cheese in the surrounding area. It's the farthest away for us but worth the drive. It's big, the staff is friendly, and I like how they have the smaller kid's side separate from the bigger kid's side.
My son loves beating the Ninja Turtle game with me and other friends. 🙂
They kids ran free. The guy at the door made sure no kid left. The bathrooms were nasty though.
We patronized this location for my grandson’s birthday and I am very disappointed in how much things have changed here for the worst. They charge $13 for salad when the lettuce is turning brown and the manager is shooing the flies off the lettuce. And, has the audacity to get an attitude when addressing the issue. I should call the BBB and the health department.

Every parent should bring the e kids here. They are responsible and respectful . They food fresh hot drinking are not watered down . Stationary is always clean. I had a great time when I was there .
Luckily I have the membership, but what a nightmare. Goodness gracious. Came here on a day when it was a great size crowd. But then there was only one person working the main register ( although) 6 other employees just standing around, it took almost 30 minutes just to get thru this part. My goodness. Why can't I use the membership at the self checkout.
It was a great time for my daughter 4th birthday. We had some gift cards that we were able to use for unlimited play time. Only thing we spent out of pocket for was the food. Which was a little pricey. The pizza was worth it but not so much about the sampler it came with 4 chicken nuggets a small handful of fries a couple of veggie sticks and 4 bread sticks. Sounds like a lot but it all fit on one plate. The place was clean. The staff were nice. And it was pretty quiet on a Monday night. My daughter enjoyed herself and Chuck E Wade and appeared to dance with the kids so that was awesome.
It was good. Games were running well and fun to play. But the bathroom needs to be monitored to be more usable.
Fun place for a kids birthday party.
