My kid have a great time the trampoline is great every employee do a great job.
Not bad of a place
Love the new play areas and games at the place in Brookfield. Very welcoming experience too.
Crowded they need to have 2 registered open at all times. Other then that my child enjoyed herself.
Love the food pizza wings top 5 in city and service was great my son party was well taking care of
Was terrible, restroom’s were a disaster, toilets had poop on the sides and on and under the seat, no toilet paper, I told the manager and she said I will send someone in to check it out, went back in the restroom again and nothing was down, she said “I had someone take care of it” I told nothing was was done and she acted like I was bothering her!! This wasn’t like middle of the day they had only been open maybe an hour or so. Apparently they must not have cleaned from the night before!!
Would never go back!!!
Totally disgusting restrooms!
Yesterday I Had My Son 1st Birthday Party There(My 1st Party Booked There) and it was a great experience. Great Customer Service, Party Host(Marisha) The Party Supervisor (Haley) Rock. They were both Awesome, Thank You Ladies Both For Helping My Son Birthday Even More Perfect 🥰🤗
UPDATE: 12-06-2025 staff is not the same as before. Different faces, different services from 5 years ago. Also the bathrooms are disgusting!!!! I hate seen this after eating from here…. I have a photo but it’s not allowing me to upload it. Lucky them
Fun for kids, they love to run. Expensive, pizza ok, loud, staff is nice.
This is the Chuck E. Cheese we like going to. Enough stuff for all the kids to play.

Alot has changed since I've been here over 8 yrs ago. Party packages don't offer the stiff it use too. But never the less my granddaughter had a fun time celebrating her birthday 🎂
I would avoid, food was ok, but the crowd was pretty out of control. a lot of kids running around unsupervised climbing on and in games, throwing balls for games around, kids/teenagers trying to break games and then at the end of the night, 2 of the older kids/teenagers were screwing around and ran over my 7 year old daughter and neither of them nor their supervision, who was standing right there, acknowledge it, asked if she was alright or said sorry. I was hesitant to go there in the first place and we will never be back, much better places for the cost without the chaos. Very disappointed.
Our grand son wanted his 4th bday party to be at Chuck E. Cheese's and we held it at the Brookfield location on a Sunday, first thing it opened. The atmosphere was not overcrowded with tons of happy, screaming children, nor was there a hint of arguments brewing amongst adult visitors; an unfortunate occurence that blights this franchise. The salad bar was fresh with a little larger cut veggies than the norm. The 🍕 was actually very decent as well the Asian Chili glazed meat ball appetizer. Our grand kids and their guests had a lot of fun. The young man who was our bday party host was a young gentleman who continuosly asked us if we were good. The Chucky mascot was a little bit less enthusiastic than I've seen at other Chucky restaurants. The furst shift manager and staff were very accomodating and friendly, especially to the kids. As we were preparing to leave and the kids casjingn in their points for prizes, the second shift crew came in and there was an immediate difference in demeanor. Very unfriendly and non chalant towards the kids, barely uttering any words to children or adults. Their non-verbal body language said it all that they did not want to be there. Glad we made reservations very early.
Clean, not crowded. Staff was polite and very talkative. The pizza is kind of good for Chuck e cheese pizza. Eat while hot. lol
The lady behind the counter selling the cards and food: 5 STARS! She took the time to explain everything to me without getting frustrated. Absolutely loved her.
The girl behind the prizes: 0 stars I could barely hear what she was saying. I asked her a question and she just shrugged. Every time she said something I had to get closer to hear her.
Bathrooms are horrendous every single stall was dirty. Pizza was good.
