Food is great. Staff is better!

Great bagels — absolutely hit the spot. Person in front of me was being difficult, but the staff was being patient and kind which I appreciated. I had to wait but at least I saw the situation handled well! My bacon, egg, tomato, avacado was tasty and I had amazing grains bagel with it — very yum! We tried one of the mocktails and it was pretty tasty but would probably just opt for water next time as it was a tad sweet. I would recommend you be careful in the parking lot, as two cars almost hit me as they sped through to cut a corner at a red light. Not the stores fault, but definitely watch out! Thanks for a great experience!

If I could I would give this location 3.5. The bagels are pretty good, service was alright, but the main concern I have is the pricing. 8-9 dollars for one bagel sandwich alone is steep. I could get three breakfast sandwiches at Kwik Trip for a similar price. The cashier also assumed that we wanted 2 egg whites on each bagel (additional charge) when we were never asked. The restaurant was pretty clean, the bagels came out quickly but were a little cold.

This location on Bluemound is great.
Staff is excellent.
Definitely will be returning.

We had read the reviews before going to this location, so we weren't expecting much and were cautious based on other reviews. However, I know every business can have bad days and customer preferences vary, and it was close to where we were staying, so we took a chance. We are glad we did. Everything was perfect. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was hot and tasty. The restaurant was spacious and clean. It wasn't very buy during our time there, so maybe that contributed to our experience as well. Regardless, we had no complaints and would definitely revisit. Hopefully everyone can have the same experience we did!

I ordered the vanilla latte. The taste was awful. Smell like wet cigarettes.
But the bagel was very delicious

Horrible experience in the drive through. The woman wasn't listening and all I heard was laugher. My order was wrong and the woman was in her own world.

The food is fine. Prices are a bit high.Regularly go in and get handed a cup to pour my own coffee. An employee will grab a bagel out of a bin and pass it over the counter. That’ll be $7+ dollars and then they will stare at you while presenting you a tip screen. Today the lady at the counter read over my receipt for a good 20 seconds to check my tip amount; It felt gross.Went to the local grocery store to grab a coffee and a bagel: 1/3 the price, bagel tasted just as good, the self checkout was faster than waiting on workers, and no machine begging for tips on a to go order.The luxury of stopping here to save time is no longer worth it.
