I haven’t had bagels 🥯 in years!! Stopped by on a whim to pickup some bagels for my coworkers. They were delish, reasonably priced and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

This Einstein location is my favorite! Friendly staff, easy mobile ordering, convenient drive-thru, and the Nova lox bagel is unbeatable. Definitely worth a visit!

Stopped here after an appt to grab a breakfast sandwich. What a great atmosphere, service was fast & friendly & the food was amazing! Had the Oktoberfest bagel & a chai tea latte.

I was very excited in trying this Einstein Bagel place, but the Customer service is horrible. If they don’t want to come to work then don’t or just retire. The lady who took our order, Elsa is very rude. She needs to learn how to speak to the customers. She does not know how to greet people. Also, when my order was ready she just slammed my food on the table without any interaction like this is a charity or something. May be because my wife wears scarf because this lady was talking to white folks very friendly and respectfully, and personally handing them their food order. Why cant we just treat people same?
I also ordered Iced Carmel macchiato and i got cold brew instead and when i went up to the lady she gave me a side eye and she gave me hot macchiato and added the ice cubes.

Will not be coming back to this place.
