Expensive lol bagel was served with messy sour cream - not cream cheese. Bagel not toasted. Very irritating to order and not have instructions read or followed. On line ordering is clunky- no place to add cream with coffee, as example. When I called immediately after discovering sour cream, the automated system told me to order on line and hung up on me.

Tried my first bagel sandwich, the Tasty Turkey. The ingredients were fine. Unfortunately it was quickly and sloppily put together, stuffed into a bag and I was rushed off by an apathetic employee after waiting 20 minutes behind only 2 cars in a drive thru line while having my order messed up. This was enough to make me less than thrilled with my experience. I had a much better experience at the Bluemound Rd location nearby.

Eric got my food ready at the drive through extremely fast. My order was at 9:51AM Saturday in the drive through. I had all of my food and drink in less than 5 minutes. Outstanding, friendly customer service. My extras were also in the bag (sweeteners, napkins) so that I did not have to ask for them again. High attention to detail.

I have been intentionally avoiding this place for the last 2 years when the below review was submitted. I accidentally ordered here when I meant to select the Bluemound location. My order was ready at 10:03 I stood at the front counter without anyone speaking to me for 10 minutes only to be given cold food and treated as if I was an inconvenience. Do not come here. Avoid this place.

Ordered online 20 minutes in advance. Now I'm sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes because they didn't have the bagels that I ordered. I'm just sitting here watching the two Cooks joke and play around and not do anything. There's literally no one else here. It should be criminal to take people's money and then treat them so poorly. All you have to do is cut 4 bagels in half and put bacon and eggs on them. Then they tried to hand me a bag without a half the shit I ordered. What is wrong with people? When I asked for the rest, got an attitude. Like, I paid for that, bro..

TLDR: Incredibly slow service and staff that seems to be bothered by doing their jobs. Even if you order ONE BAGEL in the mobile app 15 minutes before you leave your house, plan for a 10 minute additional wait when you get there!

The ONLY reason I go to this store anymore is because of its location along my work commute since we moved to the neighborhood early this year. At this point though, I’d rather take a detour to get food somewhere else. I stopped going to the drive thru because without fail it adds 15+ minutes to my visit. When I go inside to the mobile order pickup spot, I am rarely greeted- employees see me and say nothing. I usually assume they’re busy so I wait a few minutes- by the time I speak up, the staff seems bothered and irritated. That’s the point where I can see them rushing to make my order, or they grab the bag from a counter in the back where it’s been sitting for the usual 5-10 minutes that I had been standing there waiting for anyone to even acknowledge me. My husband and I both have this same experience every time, and have gone from coming once a week to only as an absolute last resort. While a response with an apology seems to be the norm here, I just hope this review- and all the other ones- lead to some sort of change in service because having a drive-thru or mobile order breakfast service but making customers wait 20 minutes for a bagel honestly just defeats the purpose.

I waited 25 mins for a bagel and black coffee and I ordered ahead online. This is a consistent problem, employees have no urgency, I hope 7 brew gets food, so I don’t have to come back.

It was too late to realize the reviews were bad! My order was wrong three times, first time I thought I ordered the wrong bagel by accident that I had to trash it and pay for a whole new one just to realize the wrong was not on my end; I wasted 10+ extra dollars and a had a bad experience.
Don’t need to apologize!!

they don’t seem to have employees that actually care. I was waiting in line for 10-15 minutes at 11am and then for my food another 20 minutes. For a bagel… Service is subpar, But good food. Not impressed with whatever management is going on to allow that slow and crummy service. Nobody seems to even smile.

Simone and her partner Jose? had outstanding customer service!!!!!! Except I think Jose forgot to hand me my bagel and I drove off without realizing at all until I got to work 20 minutes away lololol but overall great staff :)
