Einstein Bros. Bagels

I like coming to this place but when it comes to the southside location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on South 27th and Oklahoma that place needs to be closed down because they’re very rude and they love messing up people orders And it’s always homeless people by the store. They still don’t have tables and chairs. Inside of the building and Covid been gone years ago. This place is not even worth getting my money anymore at that location, which is pretty messed up because I have to drive to a farther location just for, a Texas beef brisket and they taste really good but it’s not worth driving a total of 40 minutes every time you have a taste for it because the location on 27th Oklahoma is unprofessional and always messing up people orders

Awful service. Went to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready. They were out of my bagel that I ordered online. I was there 20 mins after placing my order and none of my other food was ready. They forgot the cream cheese and it took them mins to replace. The guys in the back were goofing off and being loud. Will not be returning. Awful experience.

Stopped here Saturday January 18th around 9am, the lady at the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. The bagels were great along with the vanilla coffee.
The parking lot sucks getting in anmd out of!

No one is watching the counter. I have seen several potential customers walk out because no one would take time to wait on them. Have been here mid-morning twice this week. Ordered coffee but they didn't have any coffee ready to be served. Very disappointing experience.

I drove 20 mins to be disappointed ordered 3 Texas brisket bagels no sauce on none of them in which I order extra smh. I wasn't going back after driving another 20 mins back home. No one answers the phone. It's a wrap for me Einstein lost a great customer it's always something wrong with my order.

Had to wait 5 minutes in the drive thru just to get watered down coffee (which was just milk with the smallest amount of caramel) not a good location at all.

It’s kind of upsetting that every time I come here my bagel is always wrong. Never enough cream cheese on the bagel and have to get extra on the side which is completely unacceptable when I’ve ordered it that way. It’s either cold, burnt or old from being overly toasted and sitting forever. And the workers ask for a tip for their services? Don’t think I want to come back to his location. Went there to get some bagels for an Uber eats order and the store was closed at 1:40 not good business

sad that my first time trying this place was a bad experience. 30 minute wait in drive thru, ordered 3 different bagels and got 3 of the same so had to go in and get it fixed. worker knew right away that the order was wrong so clearly this happens too often.
