Simone is my girl she is awesome! Bella is just as sweet and is awesome too. This is my favorite place to get coffee because of the coffee and the people. They are always so kind to me and are fast with their service.

IHOP was closed for weather? Einstein was across the street and no customers cuz of the cold. Bagel sandwich and ☕️ = victory.

I usually love coming here but came this morning at 6 am when they open, sat in the drive thru for ten minutes. When I swung around to the front no lights were on, seemed like no one was there. Frustrating start to the morning, there were like 4 other cars who looked like they were in the same boat.

I walked into this location fully aware the service had a poor reputation, but I decided to give them another chance before a friend’s birthday breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience reaffirmed every concern and left me frankly furious.

• I arrived with more than enough time to order a baker’s dozen.
• My order sat in limbo for roughly 40 minutes while one employee attempted to juggle both the front counter and the drive-thru (which they eventually shut down to cope with demand).
• A line was literally out the door, yet not a single apology—or even basic acknowledgment—was offered for the delay.
• By the time I finally received my order, I was late for the celebration and had no opportunity to request a refund.

Understaffing is one thing; ignoring customers and providing zero communication is another. This branch wasted my time, derailed my plans, and delivered an experience that left me absolutely fuming. In its current state, the location feels like a complete waste of space.

Hair all over both all nighter bagels that were ordered. Also took way too long to get the hairy bagels.

I found 3 hairs in my bagel and my girlfriend found 2 hairs in hers I suggest they buy a lint roller for the store to make sure those people with pets don’t contaminate the food

Not open during business hours. Drove 20 minutes to grab some food open sign was left on and the lights were off the middle of the day

I have to give a huge shoutout to Simone at the Einstein Bros. on Moorland Rd. in Brookfield; she is absolutely phenomenal! Every time I walk in, she greets me with the warmest smile and genuinely friendly energy. She goes above and beyond to make sure orders are perfect, even during the busiest morning rush.

Simone is the kind of employee who makes you want to come back. She’s patient, efficient, and always makes you feel valued as a customer. You can tell she truly cares about providing great service, and it shows in every interaction.

Einstein Bros. is lucky to have her, and customers like me definitely notice her hard work! Thank you, Simone, for brightening mornings and making every visit such a positive experience.

Eric and Simone were great when I came to Einstein Bagels today. A really crappy thing happened while I was in the drive through, and they made my day after it happened! Definitely will be going there again because of the great experience I had!

I received great service from this location! The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly! The manager named Simone was very helpful and the restaurant was clean. I will be a regular customer from now on!!!!

I enjoy the staff they are very polite and very helpfully and friendly .And i will go back and enjoy those good Bagels and breakfast sandwiches. So Manger keep up the good work Simone Hayes

Expensive lol bagel was served with messy sour cream - not cream cheese. Bagel not toasted. Very irritating to order and not have instructions read or followed. On line ordering is clunky- no place to add cream with coffee, as example. When I called immediately after discovering sour cream, the automated system told me to order on line and hung up on me.

Tried my first bagel sandwich, the Tasty Turkey. The ingredients were fine. Unfortunately it was quickly and sloppily put together, stuffed into a bag and I was rushed off by an apathetic employee after waiting 20 minutes behind only 2 cars in a drive thru line while having my order messed up. This was enough to make me less than thrilled with my experience. I had a much better experience at the Bluemound Rd location nearby.
