Went with my aunt, the ladies who work there were very nice and gave us samples of their new drink and cookie. The cookie looked like an egg. Pizza bagel was fire

I like coming to this place but when it comes to the southside location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on South 27th and Oklahoma that place needs to be closed down because they’re very rude and they love messing up people orders And it’s always homeless people by the store. They still don’t have tables and chairs. Inside of the building and Covid been gone years ago. This place is not even worth getting my money anymore at that location, which is pretty messed up because I have to drive to a farther location just for, a Texas beef brisket and they taste really good but it’s not worth driving a total of 40 minutes every time you have a taste for it because the location on 27th Oklahoma is unprofessional and always messing up people orders

Awful service. Went to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready. They were out of my bagel that I ordered online. I was there 20 mins after placing my order and none of my other food was ready. They forgot the cream cheese and it took them mins to replace. The guys in the back were goofing off and being loud. Will not be returning. Awful experience.

Stopped here Saturday January 18th around 9am, the lady at the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. The bagels were great along with the vanilla coffee.
The parking lot sucks getting in anmd out of!

No one is watching the counter. I have seen several potential customers walk out because no one would take time to wait on them. Have been here mid-morning twice this week. Ordered coffee but they didn't have any coffee ready to be served. Very disappointing experience.

I drove 20 mins to be disappointed ordered 3 Texas brisket bagels no sauce on none of them in which I order extra smh. I wasn't going back after driving another 20 mins back home. No one answers the phone. It's a wrap for me Einstein lost a great customer it's always something wrong with my order.
