What I didn’t like is that the dude kept touching his headphone when making the food I don’t think that’s appropriate to do if the headphone just fall out, let it fall out but the same glove that you’re using to touch the headphone which should not be the same glove you used to make someone food with that is called contamination and that is not great for customer service And but other than that, the food was great. It was good, but I don’t know if I will come back there if that happens again, thank you

Went to this location for lunch and ordered a meatball sub. When I got my sandwich and picked it up a decent amount of water, not sauce, water dripped out of the sandwich and the meatballs were bland. Instead of posting here, I put in a complaint to bring it to there attention (wasn't upset or looking for a freebie). The manager then calls me and asks me what was wrong and as soon as I start to talk he starts talking over me and reads my complaint back to me and explains that they cook them in water. Then asks if I would like a credit and I told him no and tried telling him I was just trying to bring it to his attention. The only word I got out was no before he started talking over me again asking me so what's the problem then. Very disrespectful, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Maybe listen to your customers and you could have solved a simple problem like maybe tell your employees to let some of the water drain off before putting them on a sandwich.

Highly irritated that every time I come in there, the people making the subs and taking the orders. Do not enter it correctly. Every time I ask for no tomatoes, always tomatoes like seriously guys you need to change your ordering system so it doesn’t list all the toppings..

Went for a quick bite to eat and thought I’d try cousins out. Guy I took the order from was already ready and super polite, such a nice experience had to ask him for his name and this review. Shout out rory, made an amazing cheesesteak.

I love Reubens so I came for lunch. It is damn near perfect so I’ll definitely be coming back to try others. And that again.
