I ordered a log cake for a pick up time at 11 AM. When I got there I was ignored for about 10 min, before someone asked if I had been helped. My cake was not ready for pick up. I was told it needed to be decorated. 15 min later, he carried my cake out, it looked like a child decorated it, with smudged icing and only pink sprinkles, and in a container 3x the size of the cake! My order details were white icing (they used hot pink), and sprinkles any color that match pink. (they only used pink sugar sprinkles). Total disappointment! I will never order a DQ cake from that location again.

I placed an order at 9:29 after I got off work and it said it was in progress and would be ready at 9:40. It’s was snowing but the roads are well managed and we’re pretty typical for Wisconsin in the winter. I get up to the door and it’s closed, at this point it 9:45. The older man who was sweeping looked at the girl at the counter and said no with a hand gesture. I was reasonably mad because I already paid for my food and I haven’t eaten all night. He came to the door and said I just had to call and refund it. They close at 10! The man walked back to the counter and laughed at me with the other 2 employees, What a joke.

Staff was very friendly! Best DQ I've been in for how small it is. Got a burger and fries and the handed it right to me, small details like this are lost in many chain locations. Thank you team!

This is my go to spot for a fun “Daddy and Kids” night out. The food is hot and tasty and everyone who works here is so kind to my family. They also do a great job decorating cakes - everyone in my home wants a DQ Cake for their birthday… my kids start telling me which one they want 10 months in advance.

It's definitely a smaller location if you are planning to dine in, and parking can be challenging since it's in such an active area, but the food is great!

We always get takeout, and if you do the same, make sure to hold the bag by the bottom if you have food. They staple the top of the bag, which makes it weaker to ripping, so to avoid tragedy, be a little careful.

The chicken strip baskets are great, and the option to have gravy for dipping chicken and fries is very welcome. And of course, nothing can beat a Dilly bar or a blizzard when the mood strikes!

Disappointing I traveled for an advertised promotion that DQ didn’t honor.

Very clean, very friendly, food is top notch and DQ cakes turn out amazing every time.

Excellent service, order was assembled promptly and correctly. Tasted delicious.
