There are so many delicious varieties of loose leaf tea here both caffeinated and decaffeinated. They also will make a tea for you to-go. My two favorites are triple berry suite and pomegranate. Both are fruity black teas that are super delicious.
I will never return to this place. 2 older females rude and condescending met me at door and ask me what I wanted. I said to shop. She informed me not to open the big containers of tea and there were samples next to them to smell. Again she said what specifically are you looking for. I again repeated and said I am shopping. By this time I’m kinda stewing. I found 2 teas I wanted and took to counter. She yells at me you are not suppose to touch the canisters. I said then how are you going to pack them if I don’t bring them to you. She said ask me to get them I told you that. I said no you said do not open them. It’s like she didn’t want me there. I got my two teas which I’m sure will be great but will never return after being treated like that. Maybe she didn’t like my jeans and sweatshirt. White short hair on feb 8, 2025 about 4:30pm. Awful customer service.
Fava tea is the place to be. I know that sounds cheesy, but I love the stores. It's a Wisconsin based company, so go home town! I love the fact that there are 300 + sniffers - samples of each tea that they sell, so you can sniff until you find one that tantalizes your taste buds. They have samples of all the teas they sell, usually rotating through all of them with hot or cold samples available daily. They have black, white, green, oolong, herbal and rooibos, which if you're not a tea drinker is an African red bush tea that tastes great and has no caffeine if you have to watch that in your diet. Some of my favorites are Fudge Brownie, Paris Evening, Winter Spice and Raspberry Burst. I have many more, but you'll have to go there yourself. There's one on Bluemound across from Kopp's, one in Greenfield north of Southridge and one in Appleton but I haven't ventured there. I also like the fact that the clerks who run the store are NOT PUSHY like another certain tea company can be. OY. Try this place - and you'll find a tea you like even if you think you're not a tea drinker.
Love their teas, bought a lovely Chia, and 2 fruit teas, as well as a sleepy tea. Love them all, and have already visited their online store. Highly recommend the Strawberry shortcake, blood orange, peachy farmer's market, Nirvana Chia.
I love there tea
Love this store. There are so many teas to choose from. Samples were nice to try. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean.
I've lived 10 minutes away from this place for years and always thought about stopping in, and yesterday I finally did! It's an adorable little hole-in-the-wall store that has a pretty good selection and good prices for staple teas like Earl Grey, Breakfast and common herbals/tisanes. There are a few unusual blends and puerhs as well, so there's plenty to explore for every tea drinker. Abby was incredibly nice and when I mentioned what I was interested in, she made great recommendations. The Earl Grey de la Creme that I brought home reminds me of a tea I enjoyed at Hampton Court (Henry VIII's palace), and the Milky Oolong I bought is subtly sweet and creamy. I will definitely be stopping in again!
Wonderful.

was a treat.
Guiding me through the tea selection was quick, intelligent and fun.
And the tea is heavenly.

Omg I walked in and fell in love...as a person who's truly into different flavors of tea. This was definitely the Tea Depot...like over 300 flavors of tea...and all of the health benefits you get from them. You will truly fall in love like my child's father and I did. We were just looking for a place that sold tea but this was beyond what we expected.Customer service was awesome. The lady who was running the store was so sweet and very patient with us as we tried to decide on which flavor to get. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we were late to my Ultrasound appointment...looking for the perfect flavors to try.If you have not been...please stop in there and get you some great teas. You can take it home and brew it yourself. They have all the tea pots an little tea strainers for your home brew teas. We haven't been back but we definitely will soon.
Increadably knowledgeable staff!!

The worker was awesome and taught me some new things about tea that I didn't know. Love all the caffeine-free selections. Paris Evening Rooibos is to die for!! Also got some delicious raw clover honey. I will definitely be coming back for more :)
