Just discovered this amazing locally-owned cafe, and I’m already a lifelong customer! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the sweet woman working was incredibly kind and helpful. Great customer service can be rare nowadays so it's extra appreciated. I can't wait to come back and try more and visit the other locations in Elm Grove and Oconomowoc.

The croissants are perfect and authentic. Everything is made fresh daily and anything not sold is donated the same day. The coffee is great too. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend!

First time here. Stopped in for a few lattes and pastry. All the drinks were excellent, and the several croissants were also very good, fresh, and delicous. Super service the entire time. (Thanks Nate).

I found this establishment on google after searching for croissants. I am SO GLAD that they came up, as the croissants are divine! Buttery, flaky, soft inside and crispy exterior - just want I wanted.
I pre-ordered and 2 of my selections weren't available when I got there. Which was sad, but not a big deal as the replacements that I picked were delicious.
Ordered the brown sugar croissant, raspberry, and wisconsin tart. The last 2 weren't available, which were substituted with extra chocolate and 3 cheese croissants and were NOT a disappointment at all! I definitely need to go back and order in-person and hope the raspberry is in stock.
10/10 for the best croissant I've had in a long time.

The bakery is great - if you get it fresh - sometimes it's stale. And the farmers market assortment is usually not made the same day.

The owner Jenny, is very rude and off putting, it has made me frequent this place less and less as I don't want to support someone like that.

Giving it two stars because when you do get a fresh pastry - it is delicious

True. French. Pastries. Don't even attempt to compare Fresh Baked to a supermarket or Starbucks. The quality, taste and characteristics remind me of past trips to France. Some savory and some sweet. A must stop if you want something different than the typical family bakery.

What a fantastic little shop. Great host behind the counter, willing to make anything you like. Croissants are amazing and you guessed it fresh! Too bad it's inside and no outdoor seating.

I love love love this place. I found them at the Brookfield farmers market and when I found out they had a store I was thrilled! The rotating specialty croissants and so fun! I've tried the bacon cheddar, the brownie cream cheese and the crookie. (Please make the crookie a regular I'm obsessed.) The regular chocolate croissants are always my go to. The coffee is phenomenal and the flavors are fun. The fresh baguettes make a wonderful addition to dinner or lunch. Not to mention the two people who I've seen working the counter are SO NICE. They're always welcoming and answer any questions you may have without being annoyed. I've recommended this place to so many people.
