Small bakery, small selection. Others commented there are gluten free options - not so at this location. Only disappointed in the hopes that were dashed because others commented. No GF here

Half of the Ham n Cheese croissant didn't even make it outa the parking lot. I was so hungry and tired. Gave me the energy and sparks of joy to make it home to brew some coffee.

I had a great time this morning at Fresh Baked!! The lady behind the counter was so sweet!! I asked about the goodie bags and she told me all about them!!

Just so you know they were not showing up on the app so you may want to look into it!

Thank you for a great experience!!

Good food. But staffing definitely needs more help. One person’s not enough for busy hours. Had to hand all debit/credit card info?!?!?!?! 20mins for some coffee and bakery. Prices were not worth it either even despite the length of time. Will not be back. Other options in the area

Raspberry cream croissants were fantastic. Can’t wait to try the other baked goods — I can tell they will not disappoint. Really friendly and warm customer service too!

Love stopping into their shop and getting croissants for my whole family. Their mocha coffee is pretty much the best around. Just the right amount of mocha flavor and not over done with sweetness. Always kind to my family.

I got a raspberry cream pastry and one of the spring special lattes called the White lotus. Everything was super tasty and the lady who was working was the sweetest. She told me about the owner and how she freshly makes the pastries everyday. Definitely a little hidden gem in the mall.

Tucked away in a cozy little shop in Brookfield's Galleria West shopping mall is a warm and inviting bakery cafe.

My wife and I are regular patrons of this establishment, and we absolutely love the woman, Judy (I believe is her name), who regularly attends our needs. Her grandmother-like-nature makes you feel at home as you are encouraged to devour their never-ending selection of delicious European style pastries.

My wife and I enjoy the Miami (Guava flavored) and the Apple pastries, but you also cannot go wrong with their savory options as well.

While at times there can be a wait due to the heavier traffic as more individuals find out about this little known gem, it is important to note that the service the regular wait staff typically provides in conjunction with the quality of the food reminds us of the time we have spent overseas. A place where you can hide away from the hustle and bustle of the city and fold like butter into dough and become laminated within the present.

While this has been our typical experience, our most recent visit today was marked with an uneasy feeling as we were greeted by a new face, who was not as friendly and pushed everything along. She was short and to the point and would often cut off the regular customer service woman to answer for her.
This made us unwilling to stay, and unsure of how likely we will be to return to a place we truly love. The rude and snippy behavior destroyed any semblance of an atmosphere that was derived from the feeling of going over to your grandma's house for some homemade goodies, and instead felt like someone hitting the eject button as you are flung your treats and coffee through a confetti cannon.

We can understand wanting to be able to service more patrons, but not at the expense of our favorite server and atmosphere doesn't seem worth it.

The croissants were malpractice
Overcooked dark brown and dry
You would expect better for five buck’s apiece
They should have tossed the entire batch and started over

We stopped in this morning for the first time for a coffee, and ended up with a few croissants! So light and flakey! Delicious! Customer service was excellent as well. The cashier was so sweet and supportive of the baker and vice versa. Both were obviously very proud of the business and their product. Will definitely be coming back!

The croissants here are the real deal—flaky, rich, and totally worth the splurge. I usually grab mine to go, so I can’t say much about the atmosphere beyond the usual Brookfield strip mall setup. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

Staff is friendly, though if there are a few people in line, don’t expect lightning speed. That said, quality takes time, and it’s worth the wait. Just get there early—once they sell out, you’re out of luck.

Prices aren’t cheap, but the quality is top-notch. Definitely an expensive treat, not your everyday stop.

Top Tom Tip: Once you’ve loaded up on $50 worth of croissants, they’ll flip that iPad around with 15% as the starting tip suggestion. Bring cash if you’d rather control the tip. Welcome to the future.
