Hands down the best Japanese/Sushi restaurant in Milwaukee area. They have the best Sushi and service. We were given a free desert today just randomly. Also a beautiful location it really makes it feel authentic like an actual restaurant in Japan.

We had good service they were very attentive. I got two different rolls one with crab and the other had salmon on top unfortunately I was unable to snap a photo and I can't recall the names but they were both good and decent size. The price was average for sushi in my opinion. It is a darker environment inside and we sat at a booth.

I have ordered from Fujiyama several times, dined in and taken out. I was really disappointed last night in the quality of the food.The yellowfin tuna had a very distinctive fishy smell and the other Sashimi Tuna we ordered was half frozen. Ended up throwing 8 pieces of Sashimi away last night because it was that bad - unfortunate.Going to take a break from this place for a while.

Ordered some hibachi steak which turned out to be very tough an basically inedible. My scallops and shrimp were overdone and definitely not fresh. The crab rangoon was underdone and greasy. My friend and I dumped the entire $100 order in the garbage. I have to say this is far and away the worst example of hibachi style cuisine that I have experienced.

My girlfriends and I come here for the sushi special; we're always seated right away and the staff is quick with drinks, answering questions, and taking orders. The apps and mains consistently come out so quickly! I love that they give you your bill and you go up and pay at your convenience. They must have been busy or expecting a big group to arrive last time because they took our cards right at the table and then said they were moving us to the bar so they could use our table; that was a bit odd ;)
