Glass Nickel Pizza Co. – Brookfield

Worst customer service experiences ever.

I ordered a pizza through Grubhub, selected the toppings available on the app, and paid in full. A $30+ for a pizza, but that is a separate story.

Then I received a call from the restaurant accusing me of “not paying for the toppings” — even though I paid for them and not paying for a topping weren’t even an option on Grubhub in the first place.

The person who called (Ryan) was extremely unprofessional and spoke to me like I was trying to get something for free. I was basically threatened that they “can’t give stuff for free,” and “next time i will have to charge you extra”, when I was simply ordering exactly what the app allowed. How is that my fault?

The tone, attitude, and complete lack of respect were shocking. Absolutely unacceptable.

I will be reporting this issue to Grubhub and making sure they review how this store treats paying customers.

I will not be ordering from Glass Nickel Pizza Brookfield again and would ask people to refrain from doing the same.

We order delivery for a big group each month and it's always delicious and fresh. Great service over the phone and polite drivers.

Food quality is spot-on. Nickel Nuggets are always a treat. I like that they had Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream to go, the nostalgia I have for that place having grown up in Madison was a nice feature.

My husband and I ordered delivery for the second and last time. The first time was okay, but prices here are overpriced compared to an actual nice pizza place. We won’t be ordering anything from here again because we both got the runs after eating from here, and our driver forgot our soda. Terrible experience.

Pizza is great, but your inability to get food out on time is not. There’s no reason I should be waiting 20 minutes past my pick up time. This is the third order in a row where food is not ready. Hire more people or fix your system.
