Ordered the French toast sticks. Flavor was good....underneath the oil taste. I bit down and the bread squished oil out, that it was fried in. Disappointing. One and done for me. I'll stick with Mimosa!

I had high hopes for Honey Berry Pancakes, but overall, my experience was just okay. The menu had a good selection of breakfast options, and the service was decent, but nothing really stood out.

The pancakes, which should have been the highlight, were a bit underwhelming—fluffy but lacking in flavor. The toppings were fresh, but they didn’t add enough to make the dish memorable. The rest of the meal was fine, but for the price, I expected better quality and more attention to detail.

It’s not a bad spot, but it’s not a place I’d rush back to. If you’re in the area and need a quick breakfast, it’ll do the job, but there are likely better options around. 3/5 stars.

My family and I have heard great things about this place before. We decided to give it a try today. Gotta say, we were quite disappointed unfortunately. For the price point, food was not up to that standard. For what its worth, we weren't pleased with the presentation of dishes we were served. Additionally, the Food was very very oily/greasy (it was *literally* glistening with the light) only got a couple of bites in on both dishes we were served. Not sure what type of oil is used but definitely too much is used. I will say, the staff was quick to notice I didn't touch my food and the manager offered me something else. I declined anything else off the menu and just drank coffee and I took one of my mother's pancakes. We did enjoy the pancakes and the kind staff. Not sure that we will be back. An honest review.

The second time here didn't get a server for over 10 minutes then 2 tables away were seated and the 5 to 8 minutes they were served water and order taken. Won't see me anymore. First Watch down the street was great

Everything tasted fine but the piece of ham was very very thin and lots of fat. Compared to other resturants that have nice thick piece of ham and twice the size of yours. Probably won't be back at this location.

Parking: Lots of open spaces.

Food was somewhat lacking in substance and priced about 3percent higher than Mimosa. Service was excellent. Place was loud. All in all a little too formulaic.

They need a better system to inform people what the wait time is. I got there and I was told it would be 10-15 min for a tablet of 3. I left after I waited for 50 min. If I would’ve know since the beginning that wait time was 50 min I would’ve left.

I had a problem getting seated. I asked for a booth for one person and she took me to a table. I told her I asked for a booth and she said that'll be a while. I got back to the front station and people behind me were seated in a booth for two. I wasn't happy, then, a guy came along and asked me what I wanted and I said a booth for one and then she came over and told him I couldn't have one. I left.

Pancakes are good skillets are just ok in my opinion would only go back for pancake tho the noise level on a busy day is hard to deal w it was hard for us to hear our server which I expect in a bar setting the other breakfast places were go to aren't nearly as loud I don't think there's anything they can really do about that but I don't recommend it for people who like the quiet mornings

Very disappointed in this place. I made a reservation online for two and was told it was a 20 minute wait. 10 minutes later, my friend and I get a text message saying it went up to an hour. There was 7 people ahead of us and couples and families were walking inside and no change with our reservation. We decided to call but it went straight to voicemail. We then decided to go in and pretend we were a walk in and got seated right away. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and have never seen anything like this before. How are you gonna seat walks in first but not the people on the waitlist? Makes no sense at all. Our server checked on us twice and we waited over 30 minutes for a bill. I’ll definitely come back but not to this location.

First time to this location. It was a Sunday morning, it was busy, but there were still plenty of tables. The atomsphere was bright and cheerful.

Got attended to right away, with water and our drinks. We ordered a combination of omelets, grain bowl, pancakes, and biscuits. It took a while to get the food, but everything came out hot, flavorful, and good portions. The Quinoa Grain Bowl was very good, and the over easy were done great.

Would definitely would come back.

Parking: plenty of spots.
