If I could give 0 starts I would, horrible experience, server Tamie was awful never asked us for a refill, our food was cold, kept asking for the check and took over 30 minutes to give us the RECEPIT, and another eternity to check us out… never going back, don’t recommend at all.

* employee stole from me* I came here with 3 friends. The server we had honestly wasn’t so bad at first, but then things shifted. Beside forgetting multiple items we ordered & talking about her co workers in front of us, I still decided to tip her in cash. Two days go by & my card was charged $8 for a tip as if she wrote the tip herself. When I know for a fact I didn’t tip her on card and I purposely signed my receipt in pink pen so there’d be no issues like this. I called the IHOP and spoke with the manager and she told me there’s nothing she can do about it?? So basically she sat and told me they’d allow this woman to steal from me and not do anything about it? When I’m a waitress myself and I know she could’ve provided better service to my situation. I told her she had to figure it out and how there’s no way she can just steal from me? I tipped her $5 in cash and she charged my card for an extra tip. Mind you my friends already tipped her 20% as well? For each person. This is beyond crazy. The manager told me she’d call me back and I never heard from them since! It’s the principle behind everything. How many other customers has this server done this too? This is why I’m sharing this for you all to see. I barely even leave reviews but when things like this are handled so poorly & life is expensive as is.. I don’t appreciate being stolen from.

There are flies in the food. Complained to the ihop server, she said sorry, I can make you one more and went away. My earnest request is not to visit this for your health reasons. My younger one threw up after he ate some hashbrown and saw hash browns cooked with flies. I have attached pictures for Evidence.

Saturday morning late September, place was somewhat busy but not overly busy when we arrived. We were seated at the bar. Tammy got to us after a slight wait because she was training 3 new servers and had a hostess nowhere to be found. Tammy was an excellent bartender/server And was great at her job and was the glue that held this iHop together when the manager failed to arrive on time. I would be back to have Tammy take care of us when visit this iHop again.

Tammy, the bar manager hands-down, was keeping the morning rush intact. For the hour that we spent there eating our breakfast, a 16 top came in, an 11 top came, and people were seating themselves. The hostess was nowhere to be found. Tammy told us she is the last one standing since opening 10 months ago and is currently working with a crew of three new employees, 2 callouts, and the manager on the way. MAJOR KIDOS to Tammy for keeping things going!

So, so bad. Where do I begin?! Arrived around 11am on a Sunday with me and my daughter. No one greeted us at the door. Waited. Eventually someone came and told us to take an open booth. We did and waited. Saw people come in after us and get menus. Finally got up and asked if I could grab a menu. Eventually someone came and got us drinks and utensils. Took our order. We waited 40 minutes before the server came and told us that they make orders by how tables come in. So, a table of 10 who arrived just minutes before us... we would wait for our food until all of those people got theirs. We witnessed many tables arrive after us who got food and finished before we even received our food. I ordered egg white veggie omelet. It was to come with fruit bowl. After about an hour of arrival, see picture of what I received. Sad and disgusting. Fruit bowl was sad. It was supposed to be egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, topped with avocados. Just got the egg whites and spinach. I questioned where the rest of it was. Told they were out of mushrooms (just then). But, where was the rest? Supervisor came and said they would remake - no charge. Manager came over and apologized. They remade (another pic). Just so-so after all of that. The bill came but wasn't credited. Had to re-ask to remove charge. Just such a bad service. Will never return. I never complain about restaurants because I believe people are trying their hardest. Gave a $.01 cent tip to make a point. Server never should have given me the food in that condition and should have checked the bill before giving it to me. Shame on the cook. Supervisor and Manager were doing their best.

Food cool to lukewarm, missing avocado on one of the sandwiches, onion rings were Beyond deep fried overly cooked
The food was pretty good and could have been warmer. I asked for my turkey bacon ? to be crispy and it came back half done. Our waiter put in another order and came back the same way. Our waiter was great!
Parking: It’s next to a hotel.

It sucked. IHOP used prepacked eggs in their Eggs Benedict. Lame. The cool thing is that you can have OldFashioneds.
