Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.
ihop Roswell, GA, our server Kendra was quick and friendly. pancakes as always were delicious!
The kid to adult ratio is off on their staff. If there's no adult then its just a bunch of kids standing around doing nothing. It took at least 20 minutes for my drink and 45 for breakfast. It wasn't very full and at least 3 or 4 employees standing around at all times. I don't remember the last time, many years since I left 0 tip. Food bad too. Obviously needs new management.

Tried to order a pick up of just pancakes using PanCoins(was told in phone i could). When I arrived, it wasn’t busy yet all employees seemed clueless of what they were doing. After I waited for the confusion to be straightened out, I was told I could not use the pancoins. Please train your staff better to avoid wasting customers time. Very disappointing.

Went there with my wife. Did not know it was a training day. But we ordered food. The food was good. Cassie was our server and her service was very good. She kept checking up on us. I hope when we come back we have her as our server.

Recently visited the Ihop on 5076 Lakeland Drive Flowood Mississippi cost was $15 for 3 pancakes 🥞 and a glass of diet Pepsi. Unfortunately, the service was poor, with an excessive wait time of almost an hour for our order. Moreover, the restrooms were dirty and unacceptable.
Cassie, our waitress, was outstanding! Ten stars! Service, knowledgeable, professional and most of all, genuinely friendly. We loved the food-kudos to the cooks and the overall warmth of the place. Every staff member smiling and welcoming. Thank you. We’ll be back!

As an experienced server I was very disappointed. I waited almost 15 minutes before a server even came to my table. Others were seated after me and had been greeted before I was even acknowledged. After looking around all the servers were standing around the host station, the place wasn't even that busy! Honestly almost got up and walked out. Took a good half hour to get my food. I ordered cheese on my hashbrowns but could not enjoy it as the cheese stuck on the steak because it was piled on top of the hashbrowns on a very small plate. Ordered fried eggs and got scrambled and the pancakes were cold. The sad part about all of it was there were some big wig managers in the restaurant and they couldn't even notice all the problems that were going on with me or other guests.

We arrived around 6pm, and our family of six was immediately seated in a spacious round booth in the back corner, perfect for two adults and four kids. Our server promptly took our drink order. The atmosphere was truly blessed, as one of the servers, Devon, was sharing his testimony with his table, filling the room with the spirit of God. Devon, a man of faith, embodies the essence of a servant leader, walking through life as the hands and feet of God. Although we weren’t his table, Devon graciously checked on our family, a gesture I’ve rarely experienced. Our server was also attentive, but Devon’s kindness made it feel like everyone was united in ensuring our visit was wonderful. The manager greeted us warmly, adding to the welcoming environment. We will definitely return and share our blessed experience. Thank you, Devon, for lighting up the room with God’s presence!

Picked up take out this morning. Staff was super nice and helpful. Food was delicious and still warm when we got home 15 minutes away. I had an omelette with spinach and ham. Very tasty. Girls had pancakes. Perfectly done (so many local breakfast places burn the cakes) and big and fluffy. I'm impressed.

Visited ihop location at 1821 West Hill Avenue, Valdosta GA 31601 We had a bad experience where there were problems with the food and when we complained the servers were downright rude. I spoke to the manager on the phone Scott Stazzone who insured us that the issue would be rectified by refunding the meal. It was never done This is not good business practice as we were insured by the manager it would be done.
Had a server named Mcrae. Extremely nice, food was great, she got everything I wanted on a very specific order. Made my day feel better. Refilled drinks instantly.

The food was fine but the service was awful and slow, there was just us and like 2 other people, we waited well over half an hour for our food and then waited another half an hour after finishing our food for our server to even come back or check on us at all. Service was bad and saw employees playing on their phones and sitting at the booths. I wouldn't recommend

Walk in at 5 pm two tables in whole place yet every table was dirty, wait 10 mins for a server with a not great attitude. This is the worse ihop I've ever been too. Never had good service here. And they making it ihop/applebees how they gonna handle two when they cant even handle one. I dont understand they are never busy but wait for service is ALWAYS long. Unreal. This was my last visit . I'd rather go to dennys
