Well, apparently this restaurant doesn't really exist anymore. Although you would never know it from their web site (or social media which the web site directs you to for current information). This restaurant has combined with Jake's restaurant and the Jake's Burger location is now empty. Despite the misinformation, we did still try to place a pickup order, but with 2 hours later being the soonest available pickup time we decided to pass. After this experience I have no interest in eating at/ordering from Jake's Burger or Jake's restaurant.

This past Friday night my husband I just wanted to go to Jake’s Burger’s in Broomfield. Not Jake’s restaurant there steakhouse. We call to be certain that they were open in the service that they were and there was immediate seating. We were happy to hear that and left the house to go to Jake’s burgers in Brookfield. Instead there was a sign on the door to go further west to their steakhouse. We were really were not dressed for it that way in anyway. We were greeted extremely rudely and told we were early! I then responded and said that we were going to the burger place not to this restaurant and he said they’re close. What a scam! If we wanted to Steakhouse we would not have chosen Jake’s because there are many much better restaurants for steaks , and certainly many many restaurants who are not snooty. We will not be returning

Order was incomplete 2 appetizers were missing. 47.00 New York strip steak was so salty it was almost inedible. Burgers were ok.... bun was super hard. We tried to order grubhub to support a local business and were severely dissatisfied

The food was terrible the waiter nose was running so he grabbed a Used napkin from a dirty table to blow his nose?it was the most disgusting thing I ever saw the fries were cold and there was probably 12 fries in the basket. Waiter never asked if we wanted refills on are Sodas the restaurant was dirty and the waiter was terrible will never go back ?

Just left - worst service I’ve ever had. Had to ask repeatedly for our drinks, apps, and food. Multiple tables served before us who arrived after us - told it was because we had a “large” group. We had five people - I don’t think that qualifies as a large group. Also didn’t get multiple things we asked for. Pickles were terrible. Burger was good but I don’t think I’d go back to wait 2 hours to eat it. Will never go back.

Ugh.. Fried pickles were basically just bland deep fried cucumbers. Burgers were as dry as the buns, luke-warm unseasoned burgers. First time = last. Head elsewhere if you want a really good burger and apps.

Noticed right away that the server was wearing a dirty sweatshirt. Floor was pretty dirty too, which was silly because it was like 4pm and not very busy. Occasionally heard colorful comments from the kitchen area which the server apologized for and specifically turned up the music. Order was somewhat off, late appetizer, burger toppings screwed up. On a good note, the server was really pretty great. He was friendly and attentive, easy to talk to. Food was pretty good; good options, nicely plated, cooked to order. I think the place has a lot of potential.

Went early on a Saturday night, not too busy at first but good busy while eating. Waiter was fast and good. Food was great too!
I don't like writing these, but personally, I wouldn't go back. I went with three others and the place was reasonably busy, which I thought would be a good sign... but nothing about the experience was that great.

Very friendly and helpful server (wish I remembered his name). Very casual looking place, nothing too exciting about the decor, clean. We all ordered burgers, relatively fast service (there was only one other couple in the place aside from us), nicely plated. Peanut butter milk shake was ordered and we even received extra; it was to die for, amazing! Reason for 4 stars: very plain, unseasoned, tasteless patty. It has to have some kind of taste! Nothing really stands out to give this place a "wow" factor.

how can we expect a cold burger in a establishment like yours? thanks for offering to recook my burger but after getting to know the process of your cooking really disappointed. i was expecting a really well cooked burger not sub par par boil chain fast food experience
