Ordered for pick up and I show up at 8:20 and they aren’t open?? Okay, I get openers running late or whatever. But then I try calling the store to leave a message to get a refund and their voicemail box is too full (so they probably don’t even listen to them). Kinda frustrating…
Edit: they reached out a few days later and apologized and processed the return for me! I’ll be returning!

The gentleman there this afternoon was very welcoming. I'm sad they no longer have the pomegranate drink but the one he recommended me is fire!!!!

30 minutes to get a smoothie?!?! Never ordered online before but gave it a shot in hopes of being able to walk in and skip the line. A glitch on their website caused my order to appear as if everything was removed from it on their end. I provided my contact info with my order but I guess they were too busy to call me and clarify. Never ordering from them online again. When I finally walked in to ask for a refund they said they couldn’t provide me one because it was an online order. All I could do was pay full price for a smoothie that also wasted a lot of my time.

We have been here twice in one week because my hubby and I are hooked on the Orange Dream Machine! Both times the drinks were made fantastic and they were absolutely delicious. This being said cash needs to be accepted here and the employees need to be more personable and not act like cold robots pushing out drinks. My review would have been a five. 12/29. Went there hours ago and Elise was awesome!!!!!! She was able to accommodate us and make our drinks without having vanilla frozen yogurt. On a side note this is the second time in a row we have had issues when ordering our drinks and this location was out of frozen vanilla yogurt. Someone needs to figure this out. Because of Elise my review will remain a five star!!
9/19. Went here and asked for an extra thick Orange Dream Machine. The lovely woman made our drinks to perfection. I bumped my rating to a 5 star!!!
8/17. We have had a young man named Payton service us twice in a row and he is solid gold!!! We walked in and he remembered us and what we ordered the last time. The personal touch was amazing!!! Keep that young man as an employee!!!!

Didn't even realize at a certain time of day you get a deal on smoothies so got a larger size. It was made perfect by the smoothologist. Will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough good things about this Jamba Juice location. I come almost weekly and Cindy is always very friendly and goes above and beyond to serve the customers. One weekend I needed to transport the smoothies 30 minutes back home and she packed me an ice bag to keep everything cold. Customer service like this keeps people coming back!

My daughter was called in for an interview and she got there early and no one knew she was coming and there was not a manager in the place and she waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up.

She doesn't have the gas money to be wasting it on crap businesses that can't get their crap together and be more professional. I called today and spoke with a manager and told the manager that she should be compensated for her time and gas and I was told my daughter was not the only one that had happened to, that it happened to two other girls, and they couldn't do anything.
Do they somehow think that that makes it okay? Because it happened to other people then it's no big deal? She said they took names and numbers down and they will be called when they are actually interviewing... I said do you think my daughter will actually want to work for you now? At that point I was hung up on.
This is so not right to do to people! Especially in this economy! Shame on you!

Food is usually good when they're open..... new hours are terrible! We only have two locations and this brookfield location closes at 4pm and closed on mon. And tues.! Other location is across town
I often visit here when in the area. I've learned the service, quality, and menu availability range from amazing to lacking. At their best, they are five stars. But in reality, don't trust them to be that good. Sometimes you win and other times you get a just okay smoothie. Sometimes they don't have the ingredients to make your preferred smoothie.There is always something different when I visit this place. As of late the cashier whispers and I can't even hear her when she's talking to me which makes for an awkward ordering experience. It's the reason I use the app. Today my large smoothie tasted great but wasn't even it wasn't even full. Sometimes they don't have the ingredients for my favorite pb chocolate love. Other times my smoothie tastes like it wasn't made right. All this to say, they have some things to work out to get to 5 stars.The truth is, I keep coming back because I know how good it can be when they get it right. However, I have to say that if you want a sure thing go somewhere else.
