Really really bad service. We started the interaction asking how they are doing. Completely ignored us, followed by one word responses. However they made a point to continue goofing off with one another while taking our order. Certainly not a good enough smoothie bowl for having to deal with the employees.

Absolutely made my whole week… Peyton (sorry if I spelt it wrong) a worker there, DESERVES a raise or something!!! He was kind enough to bring me a smoothie (which was also great!) when he saw I got into a car accident right outside on the road. He brought it to me and gave me a hug which brought me to tears. He is truly the sweetest and deserves so much!! <3

I try and place online orders and it says something is wrong with my card, that is not the case, I think somethings wrong with their website. It seems like they are too busy for online orders everytime I go inside

Oven was broken so no hot food available. Out of frozen yogurt. Unable to make the seasonal specials, only take cards??…. got what they were able to make, $20 for two small smoothies? Unimpressed

We are from Portland, Oregon visiting and I get Jamba juice multiple times a week from various stores. I wanted to share the stellar customer service we received from Tamika, she was absolutely fantastic! She not only was pleasant, she kept us aware of our order and made suggestions that my son really appreciated. She gave everybody the same, excellent customer service and should be the star on a customer service video or training in every new employee because she’s amazing. Thank you for a great experience Tamika!

1st time there, wasn't impressed. NO CASH excepted. People still carry cash. Wasn't impressed with the customer service guy. I had told him I hadn't ever been there, and couldn't exactly see the small words on the menu on the back wall, so I then asked him what was all in the smoothie bowl?. He acted like I was wasting his time because I asked him a question. The smoothie bowl was extremely liquid, could have drank it with a straw. Not very easy to eat with a spoon. Then he asked if I was a rewards member. No, I've never been here before, I told you that. His response was rude. Wasn't impressed. Won't be returning.

Smoothies are good, my partner had chunks of fruit in hers though. The inside of the building isn’t very inviting with minimal seating, so it feels like you are encouraged to take your order to-go. Had no issues with the staff, but nobody was present for the first minute or so when we arrived. The paper cups are a plus!

Smoothies were great. But if you work behind a counter you should greet people and ask questions, not give them a dirty look when they walk in. Not be silent THE ENTIRE TIME. How akward! Maybe be a library is a better career option for the employee working today

The gentleman the was working was slamming things around. Doesn't look or act like he wasn't to be here. Took almost 20mins to get my smoothie. It was one of the worst experiences here.

Ordered for pick up and I show up at 8:20 and they aren’t open?? Okay, I get openers running late or whatever. But then I try calling the store to leave a message to get a refund and their voicemail box is too full (so they probably don’t even listen to them). Kinda frustrating…

Edit: they reached out a few days later and apologized and processed the return for me! I’ll be returning!

30 minutes to get a smoothie?!?! Never ordered online before but gave it a shot in hopes of being able to walk in and skip the line. A glitch on their website caused my order to appear as if everything was removed from it on their end. I provided my contact info with my order but I guess they were too busy to call me and clarify. Never ordering from them online again. When I finally walked in to ask for a refund they said they couldn’t provide me one because it was an online order. All I could do was pay full price for a smoothie that also wasted a lot of my time.
