Great customer service and fast acknowledgement. The place was very clean and spacious The only issue was that the order was not done when i got in it was not even busy either.

This Jersey Mikes location is fantastic in Brookfield! They had great customer service and engaged in conversation, which I love! And the food preparation was great as well as the food itself! I will be back!

Entire front crew working today around 1:30 was super kind, helpful, and professional! My brother had never been here before and they made suggestions on what he should get. They were also very friendly and welcoming! I love coming to this Jersey Mike's location! Thanks for a great experience!

No matter when I drop in to order, everyone that works here is so friendly and professional! They know exactly how to take care of my gluten free needs, changing gloves, cleaning the assembly line, and using separate utensils/cutting boards. Thank you! The restaurant is also recently remodeled and they take great care to keep it looking new and clean.

Managers and staff were wonderful when accommodating my catering order for my group! Food was high-quality, subs, individually wrapped in the sub boxes and labeled with the exact ingredients. So nice to have good customer service, and quality food! Your efforts were truly appreciated, I will be back!

I came here with my son. My first time, he has been to Jersey Mike's before. Staff was awesome with welcoming and in assisting. Also, we dined in and it was such a great atmosphere between staff members, respectful to others and customers 😃 The chicken cheese steak was amazing! New favorite! We will definitely be back!

I had an issue with placing an order via the website today, and the store worked with me to take care of the problem. They even followed up with a phone call to let me know what was going on. I could not be more thankful for the follow through and customer service they provided. Thank you to the team for going the extra mile to provide a good experience.

Stopped in for lunch today and they were very responsive and attentive. The staff seemed to get along well as a team and my food was assembled and ready for me to take within minutes.

Love this location. Not too far from the freeway which makes it easy to pick up dinner on the way home from work. It's also a nice location to meet up with family and friends that live a distance away from each other. For us it's a good halfway point. Friendly service. Clean atmosphere. I have dined in and also taken out. The food is always fresh and tasty. Totally with the price in my opinion!
