EXCEPTIONAL customer service at this location. I had issues with mu delivery and whomever was on duty was very responsive and respectful. Just off customer service alone I would definitely return to this location. He was also very honest and apologetic. Although I had order issues I appreciate the compassion, respect, and kindness.

Best sub shop hands down! The people they employ there are some of the most respectful and kind humans ever! They also have gluten free sub bread which is amazing and doesn’t taste like cardboard.

I was out shopping in the area and decided to place an online order for pick up. I had a kind of weird modification and one of the employees took the time to call me for clarification. When I went to pick up my food they were so friendly and welcoming. I had a cookie from next door and they asked me what kind it was. My food was delicious but the customer service will make me a repeat customer at this location

Just had to give credit where due. Jake and David tonight were great ambassadors to your brand.
They made every sandwich perfectly and to direction. They were kind and very helpful to my wife and kids. Ensuring all went well for our quick dinner.
You could see they worked well together and thoroughly enjoyed their work. Bravo to them and whomever trained them. They deserve the accolades.

I called this location for a party box at the last minute for a friend who wife had passed and the staff tike very good care of me with providing me the party box at the last minute very great staff and the food was ready within a hr for pickup... keep up good work ...

Great customer service and fast acknowledgement. The place was very clean and spacious The only issue was that the order was not done when i got in it was not even busy either.
