This specific Jimmy John's always makes the best sandwiches! Like the other locations, they're freaky fast, but in comparison to other locations, they really hook you up with the best. Our may be a little further than our nearest shop, but it's well worth it.

Of every Jimmy John’s location I’ve been to this one is EXEMPLARY. I’ve been there everytime alex was working and he’s always put on great service with a smile. Seconds after I order I get my sandwich and can get back to work asap. Luke was also working today and genuinely this is the best Jimmy John’s location I’ve ever been to

What's wrong with this location? You're making sandwiches not putting things into space. Unfriendly employee who just wants to get off the clock. It was obvious. Needed a small platter of sandwiches and was refused, 24 hour notice needed for "catering". My order was four sandwiches. Your sandwitchs/servings are middle of the road and small. I'll hit Pick and Save.

Rotten smell in the place which I thought was weird considering I’ve been to a lot of other facilities and never smelt that. Got my food and sat down to eat but every table was dirty which I get if they where busy but they where not. Went to the bathroom and it was the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen at a food grade facility. I will not be returning. Added photos to show that it looks like the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

We were on the road for 2 hour hours and stopped at Jimmy John's for late lunch (around 3:30pm). I ordered a #9 and I made sure to be specific and asked the man at the counter "light mayo, oil AND onions." The other man listening to me when I said #9 got to work right away. The man used just a plain spatula (not the scooper which is supposed to be used) and put more than extra mayo on. It was odd, but then I had to pay for my food and didn't pay attention to what he was putting on it.It was until I got home and I was just in pure disbelief. Not only I said light mayo and there was extra mayo, I also said light onions and there were so much onions, I had to pick them off. What then pissed me off is that the man put pickles on my sandwich! On a #9!? I used to work at the Jimmy John's in New Berlin and I know that the #9 does not get pickles. Unless there was a menu change I don't know about, what was the point of pickles?? My whole sandwich tasted like pickles. What's worse is that I don't like pickles. I debated about throwing it away and just having Ramen noodles at home. Hopefully someone who owns this store sees this review and teaches the workers to make the food as the customers want. If my boss saw that, she probobly would've told me to either study the menu some more or just clock out and go home. And it still irritates me to this day that they don't use the mayo scooper to portion out the mayo. Like I said, I used to work at Jimmy John's. Not using the mayo scooper irritated me then and still does now...

Waited over an hour for my delivery only to call and find out they voided it bc of no delivery drivers. Would have been nice to be told that instead of waiting an hour for nothing.

Unwelcoming service. Food usually matches the quality of service at this location. Always feel like I’m the enemy when I’ve come in. Bald, beard and glasses is always unpleasant to deal with.

Supposed to open at 10am. Arrived at 10:15, door locked, guy inside was clearly trying to avoid any interaction. Finally got him to acknowledge me and all he would do was shake his head no and say I’m not opening, there’s another employee that is supposed to be here. Then ran in back room. Really? How many people does it take to make a sub?
