Terrible decision to order. No confirmation of online order, called to confirm and they said they’d received the order. Two hours later, no delivery and they stopped answering the phone. Absolute trash.

I ordered delivery around 8pm. Called to get an update 45 minutes later. They took three calls to answer and no offer of reimbursement or anything. They said by 9 pm was estimated time of arrival but now I have gotten a text from DoorDash that the order won’t be expected till 10?? That’s insane.

Horrible customer service skills. They act like they're still in highschool and they've the popular kids. The gm Alexandria is very disrespectful. I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.

I am not exaggerating when I say this is literally the worst Jimmy John's I have ever stepped foot in. Please avoid.
When I walked in there was a short line and a few people waiting, so I wasn't too concerned about wait time. There was one person working behind the counter, which was a little odd for a Sunday at 12:20 pm, but I understand staffing is sometimes an issue. Once I got up to the counter, the worker bounced back and forth between putting my order in, making sandwiches, and processing my payment - a bit odd but whatever. While I was waiting for my order, that's when I started watching him make sandwiches. The worker was continually pulling his pants up over his *exposed butt* in between making people's sandwiches. He was wearing the same pair of gloves the ENTIRE TIME, and not once did he stop to adjust his pants and then change his gloves. I was absolutely shocked and grossed out, so I tried to get the worker's attention. It took a few attempts since he had a wireless earbud in while working, but when I did, I asked him to change his gloves before making the food that I ordered since he had been constantly adjusting his pants. He seemed surprised, but did change his gloves immediately. After that, I saw him change his gloves probably another 2-3 times throughout the sandwich making process and doing other things in the store. I will mention, I dont think he washed his hands or sanitized at all, but I considered it a win to have my order made with clean gloves. I got my order after about 10 minutes, and then made my way home. Once home, I opened my sandwich and all of the meat and cheese fell out on the wrapper, which was just the icing on the cake for the whole experience.
I feel like such a Karen for writing this, but I just feel so grossed out about the whole thing at this point. I don't know what can be done to change my opinion of this location, but I really do love Jimmy John's in general.

I still never received my food. Ordered delivery, and two hours later—after multiple calls—nothing arrived. Four Uber drivers tried to pick it up, but somehow it went to someone else. They remade my sandwich, sent another driver, and still nothing. Address was correct. Complete waste of time. Never ordering from this place again. After reading more reviews, it sounds like this is a common theme for this location.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This location clearly has issues with time management and I am not the only one who has had to wait over AN HOUR AND A HALF (it’s still not here by the way) for their food to be delivered. I called to see what the status of my order was because I normally get a notification “out for delivery” and the guy who answered the phone said he would contact the delivery driver. I get a call back saying that they are ten minutes away, it’s been a half hour. I am ordering delivery from across the street it shouldn’t take this long to have delivery. Horrible location. Order delivery from somewhere else.

Horrible service first time i came here they weren’t open until 1 hour after they open! Next time i came here in the afternoon they were closed. Now i placed an order 30 mins in advance and when i came the food was not ready!! DONT COME HERE

Definitely the worst location I’ve ever visited. No one was answering the phone. When I walked in behind the counter was completely empty. The entire restaurant smelled like marijuana. When an employee finally came up, his hair was long greasy and dirty, and not tied back. The entire restaurant was messy and looked unclean. I love Jimmy John’s, but I won’t be coming back to this location.

This location needs intervention from upper management. Sloppy and slow. Workers talking to each other. Man with long hair/long beard making sandwiches by himself and no hair net. Sandwich falling apart. This location hurts the overall brand.

Wish I could give negative stars. I’ve ordered delivery from here twice. First time took 55 minutes. Second order was today and it’s been over an hour and my order still isn’t here. When you call the store to inquire why it’s taking so long they’re clearly very annoyed by that question. Customer service is he absolute worst and I will never order from them again.

It’s been an hour and a half and we STILL haven’t received our food. What happened to freaky fast?!
The service was fast and friendly! The food was fresh and delicious! The only reason that I docked the atmosphere was because there was alot of clean up and stock that needed to be done for my sandwich artist. That is not fair to him. I understand closing by ones self on a week day, but what I saw for him to take care of were things that could only accumulate from other shifts not completing their job duties. So I tip my hat to you kind Sir on the closing shift of 05/15/25, your sevices were excellent and so was the food! Thank you!
