Wish I could give negative stars. I’ve ordered delivery from here twice. First time took 55 minutes. Second order was today and it’s been over an hour and my order still isn’t here. When you call the store to inquire why it’s taking so long they’re clearly very annoyed by that question. Customer service is he absolute worst and I will never order from them again.
It’s been an hour and a half and we STILL haven’t received our food. What happened to freaky fast?!
The service was fast and friendly! The food was fresh and delicious! The only reason that I docked the atmosphere was because there was alot of clean up and stock that needed to be done for my sandwich artist. That is not fair to him. I understand closing by ones self on a week day, but what I saw for him to take care of were things that could only accumulate from other shifts not completing their job duties. So I tip my hat to you kind Sir on the closing shift of 05/15/25, your sevices were excellent and so was the food! Thank you!
Consistently bad service at this location
I got there 1 hour after they opened and both the guys working there were sitting outside. When I went inside, they were there then, but every single table was filthy. So do they not clean the tables in the morning? And in the evening? This was a very, very dirty establishment. And I will never go back to this Jimmy John's, it was the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to
I am already eating my first sandwich in the hotel I won’t be in town for long, and I see on the right of my sandwich a long red hair.
I rarely post negative reviews, but after multiple bad experiences at this location, I feel it’s necessary. I had stopped ordering from here and would drive to other Jimmy John’s locations instead. However, I decided to give this place one more try—big mistake.
It’s somehow gotten even worse. The front register was out of order with only a handwritten note directing customers elsewhere, yet no one greeted us or provided guidance. The staff seemed disengaged, talking among themselves and even eating while preparing food. The person making sandwiches had long dirty hair with no hairnet.
The cleanliness was appalling—dirty tables with food left on them, trash on the floor (including a discarded rubber glove), and an overflowing garbage can next to a filthy drink station.
This was my last visit. The experience has left such a bad impression that it makes me question the entire chain.
Somethings that are hidden are meant to stay that way.
I've driven by this location for years, and never noticed it in the mall behind the Wisconsin king of custard.
The staff was gabbing when I entered, didn't greet me or asked what I wanted to order. There was half eaten food from the staff sitting at a booth and that was the clean one. The floors hadn't been mopped or walls cleaned in quite some time.
The food was good for JJ's , and within the overpriced range of other competitors.
Next time I'll stick to what I know, and won't go digging for hidden gems.
Made food without washing hands. There stuff together. Very unprofessional. Not kind. Saw employee pick in his ear and put gloves on and make my sandwiches. Absolutely disgusting. Also had to wait 10 minutes to get someone’s attention to the counter. Terrible service.
Half of the staff was eating Chinese in the lobby, I ordered at the register, I was the only one in the place that’s not a worker, asked for a 12 no tomato’s, add pickles, oregano, and sauce. There was no cucumbers on it, and the amount of sauce made my sub in-edible, it soaked through to my seat before I even got home. I also had to remind them I ordered a quartered pickle. As a pregnant person just trying to fill my cravings I’m extremely upset, wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. I don’t know why it’s so hard or what was so difficult about my order, shout out to the big black guy he was chill and seemed annoyed by the rest of the staff 🤷♀️ was hoping to leave a positive review but nah to many things piled up

Over an hour to deliver a sandwich?!?! Then it gets sent by Uber? I left a tip in the app for the delivery driver, so did that tip go to the Uber driver? This is terrible customer service.
Food was good but service kinda sucked. My delivery driver seemed annoyed that he was delivering food. I get it food isn’t the most fun thing to deliver when you do it everyday, but either find a new job or fix your attitude. He sighed when I opened the door and realized he had to walk it to me. That made me feel uncomfortable as I’m paying YOU to deliver food to me. Idk I’ll probably still order from here but instead I’m gonna pick it up. Thanks
I get their jalapeño ranch chicken wrap. It's big enough for 2 meals, so it's a great value, plus being really good. I barely said what I wanted, and it was ready.

Slow delivery and its no longer priced reasonably
Is there an amount of time that Jimmy John’s refunds the cost? Over an hour and 1/2 for an order. Over 45 min from when it said it was out for delivery
