Loved everything about the visit besides the hostess. Rude to us, then we also witnessed her being rude to some other customers. She did not look like she wanted to be there...put a damper on the night. Pizza was great, our server Nolan was awesome.
We had a great time at the Happy Hour. The food and drinks were enjoyed by all four of us. Our server was very nice and attentive to our needs. We asked the server to turn up the temperature as the air conditioning was blowing cold air and she took care of that for us.

First time there and the atmosphere was great the hostess was accommodating. Our server was very good, friendly, happy and sweet. We'd definitely return!
Food and service was great. Only issue was the party in the table ahead of us who continued to let their children play on the floor and be an obstacle for those walking by. same party also decided that it would be appropriate to change their child's diaper at the table.
Lou's is our favorite pizza. Convenient location for dine in or carry out. Outstanding service with a smile. Consistently great pizza. Atmosphere? It's a pizzeria. It smells delicious all the time.

I don’t know the waitress name but she had cool tattoos and was incredibly nice. Super helpful. I had wings and they were delicious. Not too much food I liked in the area. This was great !

Very slow; we waited to be acknowledged by wait staff. We ordered 2 drinks which took about 15 minutes to arrive. The pizza was 30 minutes.
Pizza was very bland. Only thing that gave it flavor was the tomatoes

It was my first time at Lou Malnati's and I enjoyed the atmosphere and the pizza. We were there for my birthday 🎉!
Loved the pizza forever, but today I had the best lasagna with an order of garlic bread. Amazing! Left with 2 amazing frozen pizzas. Amazing!

We got the deep dish Chicago style sausage pizza . I don’t usually leave reviews but the pizza was the worst pizza I’ve ever had . It was so bad I had to leave a review . It smelled bad, I couldn’t even Finnish the slice .
