If there’s a zero I would give it that. Waited for 5 min to get a table in an empty restaurant, then 10 min for a server to take our order and 40 min just to be told our order was never put in. Wasted an hour for nothing. Poorly run restaurant. A joke actually.

First time at this place and it did not disappoint! The food was excellent - hot, fresh and tasty. we had the Lou, a Caesar salad and bruschetta. It has also been quite a while since I have had service as good as Abraham provided us, today. Really impressed - from the moment the host greeted us to our exit. Food was prompt and service remained attentive until the end. Will definitely be returning, if only to have Abraham wait on us again! Great experience.

We arrived 1 hour before they closed. We were a large group and they already served us without enthusiasm. In general everything was good but I feel that they could have treated us a little better.

My daughter (8 years old) and her Godmother came to eat and her credit card was declined. The waitress, Libby, didn’t hesitate and picked up the tab and said Merry Christmas. It was warmed my heart that she didn’t come back and ask for another care. We came back to the restaurant to make it whole but she’s the most amazing human being ❤️❤️❤️

Pizza was delicious...server was very nice...but the corporate music selection was HORRIBLE!!! Couldn't get out of there fast enough. We feel sorry for the staff that has to listen to it their entire shift. Do better, Lou Malnati's!

Let's start with the service.... mmmm waitress had too many tables, could not properly attend her customers. Sodas had a very bad taste to it. we chose to just drink water. Appetizers taste like they were warmed up in a microwave. Ordered a thin crust pizza and a deep dish pizza. The thin crust had absolutely no flavor to it. The deep dish tasted very plain as well. I had to add extra extra peppers to it just to give it flavor. Sorry, I don't think I would be back for pizza or soda
