My partner and I were on an overnight to the Milwaukee area and stopped in here for breakfast. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The restaurant layout was open and airy. We were greeted and seated promptly, and coffee and water appeared before we even had a chance to ask for it. We ordered our meals, and to our surprise our food arrives within minutes, even on a busy weekend morning. The food was delicious, and the server brought us some sort of cinnamon cake that was also amazing. We don't travel through that area often, but Maxim's is now our go-to spot!

Went to Maxim's after my mom's. The choices for the entree were wonderful, and it included 2 choices for gluten-free The only complaint was that the cod dinner wasn't enough food. Everything tasted great.

My girlfriend and I went there for lunch. I hate leaving bad reviews, but my smashburger was dry and they only had ketchup at the table for a condiment. My friend had ordered pancakes and they were overcooked on the bottom so she couldn't cut through them and they ended up kind of falling apart on her fork. This may have been a one-off I don't know I've only been there once. Our server was leaving before we were even finished with dinner and no one came back to check on us after she left. The atmosphere was pretty good they had booths and tables it was open and airy and they had some beautiful quotes written on the walls. Plenty of parking, including handicapped for free in their parking lot. My girlfriend and I had a great time chatting in spite of the bad food and we probably stayed an hour after we finished eating catching up.
Parking: They have their own parking lot with plenty of disabled parking.

It was a nice mid afternoon visit. We basically did a search for nearby restaurants and this sounded good so we tried it out. The food and service was great. We were seated and served promptly. We were pleased and will not hesitate to return if in the area again.

My parents and I have been regulars at Maxim’s for quick a few years now and I can’t find enough great things to say about this restaurant!! From the hostesses, the busboys, waitresses and waiters, all the way back to the cooks everyone is phenomenal as is the food!!!! 5 stars all the way around!!
