Took the grandkids expecting a playplace. There was none. Asked for water and was given a cup. No place to get it was where I was directed. Everything was soda. Had to get Iced Tea at the counter, however.

Normally, I don’t complain, but this used to be one of my favorite locations. I even drive 15–20 minutes just to come here because the food was always fresh. Unfortunately, this is now the fourth time I’ve received old food. It’s obvious when items are just refried and reused, and today was my breaking point.

I usually don’t complain about fast food, but with how expensive it has become, there is no reason customers should be served reheated food that could potentially make them sick. That’s why I’m speaking up today.

My son and I stopped by, and the chicken nuggets we received were clearly old we had to take them back. My fish sandwich was also refried and hard, which is unacceptable. What makes this worse is that there was no line and the restaurant wasn’t busy, so there was no reason not to prepare fresh food.

Customers spend their hard earned money and deserve food that is freshly made to order. Something needs to be done about this, because the quality has dropped dramatically compared to the past.

The food is OK. One ice machine broken. Kiosks have no receipts. One screen broken, takes along time to get help. Son had a question and said had to get a manager, a 16 yo sayi g hes the manager comes out all confused on the question.

Got 3 cheeseburger meals with medium shamrock shakes. The total was over $34. So…..that was ridiculous.

Food tasted as expected. Burgers were flat and bland but normal I guess. The shamrock shakes were good, which was the main reason for stopping.

Person that took orders and money was nice.

The woman at the window where we picked up our food was cold and rude. It was not busy when we stopped - middle afternoon March 17 - parking lot and drive thru had surprisingly few cars. But she would not speak to me. She just stared and handed me the bag and shakes. I said thanks as she handed me each item. She was not rushing around, she just looked pi**ed off. At me, at her job, who knows. I don’t get it. How hard is it to say ‘have a good day,’ ‘thanks,’ just acknowledge I spoke to you….it’s honestly embarrassing. I worked these kinds of jobs for years when I was around the age of the woman serving me. And I was paid a LOT less than they’re paid now. I couldn’t afford the expensive hairdo or nails she had when I was her age. But I can’t imagine not smiling and saying thanks. And wouldn’t dream of at least replying if someone talked to me. It’s not difficult to be kind.

I’m glad the shake machine worked, but next time I want to blow $34 on crap food I won’t go here.

They must not clean their soads machine filtration system, because the sodas always have a very weird taste to them. The Sprite, Fanta, Hi-C, and Mellow Yellow taste terrible. It's been like this for months now

Employees are rude, equipment including kiosks not well maintained. Spend more time arguing among themselves then providing any timely service. As someone who has been in food service, including 2 McDonald's restaurants, how are these places still open?

There’s always something missing from the order. They forgot a McChicken and all of the sauces this last order. Definitely have to triple check the order from here
