This location just can’t get it together. Slow service even when it’s not busy, orders consistently wrong, and the staff always seems annoyed you’re there. Drive-thru is a gamble—could be 5 minutes, could be 25. Plenty of better-run McDonald’s nearby. Skip this one unless you’ve got time to waste and low expectatio

If this was my franchise I would fire the staff. Literally refused to answer the drive-thru while the store is open. Multiple cars lined up. Money driving away because the employees refuse to provide service.

Excellent chicken sandwich quality with just the right amount of spicy mac sauce paired with a blossom of fries from the signature red fry box lent me an exemplary luncheon. Five stars.

When to the machine to place an oder add mocha to my frappé persin didnt understand what i was trying to say. He didnt speak english well . Manager states they was short of staff.

Came here at 8:30am and the place is empty. The (possibly manager) is on his cell phone almost the whole time. I used the kiosk to order and there weren’t any tents to enter a number in to complete the order. I repeatedly asked for help but the only person I could see was on their phone. Finally was told to enter in any number. When the order was ready they called me to pick it up from the front. Apparently the reason for no tents is so you have to pick it up from the counter. Chairs and tables weren’t exactly the cleanest. I won’t be back to this location again especially when there are so many other locations available.

Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonald’s to my work. Anytime I come, no matter the time of day, the drive thru person is extremely rude. You’d think you were inconveniencing them by showing up. They also rarely get the order correct. For what it costs, you don’t expect much from the customer service side but having some minimal kindness could definitely be appreciated.
