The food the staff and the atmosphere were just out of this world. I would recommend the pulled pork sandwich the fries with the Chicago sauce.

Picked up my Thanksgiving order…a big curfuffle due to a system error that apparently occurred that morning but I was not notified nor was I made to feel welcome…I placed and paid for my order on November 10 and I arrived at my scheduled time on November 26…I kind of felt like they thought I was trying to pull one over on them…they claimed my purchase had been refunded to me earlier that day however my bank records did not confirm that…nor did I get a supposed notification…I shared my phone including my email notifications and my bank statement with the staff only to receive the side eye…will not ever order online with the and will not visit the Brookfield location…order ended up being incomplete and did not include reheating instructions as promised…

Coming here after a trip to Texas and I was pleasantly surprised. I was not sure what to expect, honestly. The brisket was delicious, as were the baked beans and mac & cheese. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely make it back!

Oh my goodness I love this place so much!!!!! So being a foodie, I always get the 3 meat dinner. I love their salmon and brisket so much!!!!! I always get extra brisket. And the sauce I get is Smokey mountain. I get this at least 3 times a month. It’s so delicious. It’s always quick service, a great and friendly atmosphere and it’s always clean. This is one of my favorite places to eat!!!

Easiest five star I’ll ever give to a restaurant. The staff were really friendly and made sure our experience was good. The general manager came over to us and gave my entire group complementary caramel apple cobblers which were perfect by themselves. Genuine 10/10
