Service and food was AMAZING. Dustin and Fred are so friendly. Not to mention Jose answered all of my questions as this was my first time being at Naf Naf in Brookfield! The restaurant was clean, and food was delicious. Team deserves 10000/10 stars!

Stopped by for lunch. First time here. I didn't know it was a build-your-own bowl/plate. Took a few minutes to get it all together. The server was nice enough to explain it to me and what everything was.
Base - Spicy hummus Yellow rice Protein- steak and chicken Topping- chopped salad/ lettuce, onion and cilantro. Pita bread.
The rice was on eat explain side. No real taste. The chicken was a bit dry. Kinda disappointing. The server had to cook the beef since they ran out when I was there. Beef was okay. I didn't like the spicy hummus at all. Didn't go well with it. I'll skip this next time Pita was okay. Could've been thinner. But good.

This store needs to get together! The food is amazing, but the store is sooo dirty and when you order on line, it’s ALWAYS wrong. The staff is mostly great, but this olace could be so much more! CLEAN YOUR STORE and get the orders right.

Do not recommend. Terrible customer service. Walked in about 45 minutes after open and was greeted which was nice. They then start a catering order right in front of us as we wait to order. Waited for about 10 minutes until they said “Sorry about the wait” and continued to make the catering orders. At this point we turned around left and went to QDoba, not worth the time, and not how you run a restaurant. The workers were 2 men that looked similar, and a female. Not one could stop what they were doing and take our order. Terrible Service.

The people there where really nice and patient with me and my sisters. Their food was good but they didn’t really have to good of a clean up system because they had a tray and a lot of food got stuck

The young man that was working tonight was awesome. Great customer service, professional, and efficient. Also, he was working ALONE on a busy night! This guys deserves a raise! It’s hard to find good employees now, you should want to keep this guy as long as you can before he moves on to better things. I hope he’s able to see this or you let him know about his good work being noticed.

Great food, helpful staff, mostly Gluten Free but all allergens are labeled. Be careful to order from the correct location when ordering online - even if you follow the embedded Google Maps link!
I'd never heard of this place until I was invited to go there with friends for lunch. Very easy to create your meal. Similar to a Panda Express, you simply choose your ingredients laid out in front of you. The food was really good and surprisingly very affordable. It's not supposed to be a great dining experience so the atmosphere is pretty much the same as most restaurants, but clean and comfortable. Definitely going back.

Usually our favorite place to go but the two workers there (Sunday 12/22 around 2:45pm) behind the counter did not greet us or even look at us while we were waiting to be taken care of. We were standing there for at least a few minutes without any interaction so we decided not to give our business. Sad that good customer service is hard to come by.
