This place was recommended to me and I am so glad we went. We’ve been to a bunch of different Indian places throughout the Milwaukee area and this was by far the best. We tried Nawabi Goat Dum Biryani, Aloo Gobi, and chicken karaikudi curry. All three were fantastic but the karaikudi really stood out as my favorite.

Really disappointing experience. I placed an order with Hyderabad House and they took my money, made me wait about 25 minutes, only to come back and tell me they were out of what I ordered. On top of that, they were out of half the menu items too. I ended up having to cancel the whole order. Total waste of time and very poor communication — they should update their menu or at least inform customers right away instead of making people wait.

We were here with our friends last Sunday for breakfast,we had an amazing breakfast everything was fresh and hot and the service was amazing,we were near the breakfast closing time and the staff ensured what we needed was served before last orders..

Can't even update proper timings in Uber Eats App. It says available until 10:30 pm and it's only 9:20 pm now and it's closed already. Please make sure to update your timings correctly. Happened 2 times for us while trying to order

The service at this establishment leaves much to be desired. Communication from the staff is severely lacking, and takeout orders appear to be given the lowest priority. Online orders seem to take precedence over both sit-down and takeout orders. During my visit, I observed another customer waiting over an hour for their food, despite being told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Similarly, we waited more than 30 minutes beyond the promised pick-up time for our order.
The food itself is average at best, with better options available elsewhere. As this is a franchise, most items are pre-made and only require reheating, which raises questions about the long wait times. The quality of the food also seems inconsistent, varying based on the chef on duty.
The staff requires significant training. Among them, Monika at the front desk stood out as competent and knowledgeable. However, without her, the service quality suffers noticeably. The kitchen staff’s performance is below average, further contributing to the disappointing experience.
I would not recommend this location for those seeking good service or a consistent dining experience.

Hyderabad House stands out as having some really really delicious food that's authentic, cooked with care, and is extremely high quality... except the fact that last two times I've ordered from the restaurant there is always some sort of issue.

The staff here at hyderabad house that are not in the kitchen just do not care one single bit about their jobs. The level of customer service they exhibit is pretty much close to none. They consistently do a disservice to the staff in the kitchen that cook great tasting food because they are so inept. I placed an online order once at 4:30 pm. Granted, I was not aware the kitchen closes at 4 pm and reopens at 5 but this is still their fault ultimately because I could still place the order with no warning. I waited an hour and 13 minutes for my food. Today I ordered a dosa, it came with no sambar and no chutney just a plain dosa. What am I supposed to do with a plain dosa? Thanks for the organic napkin, I guess. When everything goes right, the food here is great, my tamil girlfriend loves the food(also when everything goes right) but just be warned; You may or may not get everything you ordered and it more than likely will be 10-15 minutes later than their estimate. Not because the place is extremely busy, which sometimes it is, but because no one cares.

Actually I ordered 3 chicken dum biryani and 2 Vijayawada biryani but I got instead of Vijayawada biryani I got mutton biryani
